Yummy bowl restaurant originated in Indianapolis. It is a large griddle in restaurant that combines Mongolian style. Select fresh vegetables, meat and seafood ingredients, and match them with our unique sauces of various flavors. Let you and us participate in making different flavors of your favorite food. At the same time, we also have Japanese sushi, Japanese ramen and popular Korean fried chicken to provide our guests with more choices. We are looking forward to your visit.

We particularly love the bowl because you can customize it to fit your preferences—just choose your ingredients raw, and the chef will cook it to perfection right in front of you. Best Bang for buck! A very good selection and food comes out hot of course. Don’t forget to give them your card when you drop your bowl off. You can stack your bowl as high as you can and there is a great variety of wet/dry seasonings. A must try if you ask me.

How It Works (for those who like a heads-up):
The server will take your food order.
Once you place your order, they’ll bring your empty bowl(s) to your table.
From there, you take your bowl to a buffet-style ingredient bar where you fill it with your choice of proteins, vegetables, noodles/rice, and sauces.
You leave your filled bowl on the tray, and the staff takes it to the hibachi grill for cooking.
Once it’s ready, your freshly cooked bowl is brought back to your table hot and ready to eat.
The ingredient options were fresh, and the portions are generous—I had enough to take home leftovers!
The restaurant is still fairly new, so while the staff is finding their rhythm, they’re doing a great job. Everyone we interacted with was warm, helpful, and attentive.
As someone who’s been hesitant to eat out due to health concerns and sensory overload, I found the space welcoming and the process easy to follow.
This is definitely a new favorite for us, especially for celebrations or family dinners.
We’ll absolutely be back.

The service was fast and friendly. We were very happy with how quickly our sushi came out and how delicious it was. It tasted very fresh and looked great. The line for the create your own bowl was pretty long, but that seemed mostly due to some of the customers who were ordering weren’t sure what they wanted when it was their turn. However, they had plenty of excellent choices available and it was fun to select and customize your bowl ingredients and sauce exactly how you like. Plenty of vegan and vegetarian options as well.
On the downside, it was extremely loud. Between the cooking noises and how busy it was we could hardly hear each other at our table. We definitely plan on going back on a less busy evening.

There are lots of options to choose from when you build your own bowl. $14.99 is a great value that includes steak, chicken, crab, shrimp, etc. Friendly and quick service. Looking forward to trying some of the sushi next time.

My partner and I went here tonight and we loved it! They had quite a crowd, but service was fantastic. The food was so good. We did the option where you make your own bowl and they prepare it for you, and the flavors were amazing! Everything was fresh and it was easy to pick what you wanted. Portions were huge!
