Such a unique dining experience! Everyone who worked there was so kind and friendly and I would definitely recommend stopping by. There’s vegan ramen (great for vegetarians too), the broth has a rich umami flavor and comes with garlic, pickled ginger, bean spouts, veggie dumplings, cabbage, and delicious noodles. It was a wonderful experience all around, 100% worth the wait!

Came here last Saturday after hearing reviews about this being one of the best ramen spots in the Boston area and it did not disappoint in the slightest!

We waited outside roughly 30 minutes with 12 people in front of us. The waiter explains the restaurant concept and the seating/order arrangement before you are seated. You can opt out of sharing your dreams if you are not comfortable doing so.

Both my boyfriend and I got the 5-piece bowl. The pork cuts were so juicy and melted in your mouth, the soy broth was incredibly rich and the noodles, clearly handmade, were springy and chewy. We both got garlic: if you’re not a big fan of garlic I would opt out of getting it as a topping, but as someone who loves garlic, it was a delicious addition!

I wish I lived closer than two hours away, I would make myself a regular patron in a heartbeat! I still find myself daydreaming about my bowl

Fun, unique food experience for a very reasonable price. Service is fantastic and overall I enjoyed it and would recommend a visit.
However, I found their broth unbearably salty. I had the vegan ramen and while it was generously served and topped with tasty things, I really struggled with the saltiness. My companion had the non vegan one and apparently that was even worse.

This shop reminds me of the time I lived and studied in Japan for more than 2 years for my MSc in Civil Engineering. With its Japanese noodle styles, broth soup, thick noodles, and bean sprouts and cabbage, it’s so yummy and delicious, and it brings back memories! Love it!

My favorite ramen spot in boston. I feel like a better person every time i leave. As an introvert, i was really nervous at first since its small and they encourage you to say your dream to everyone at the end of your meal. After a few visits though it definitely gets easier and makes the experience more enjoyable. I bring people here all the time cause the ramen/service is consistently wonderful. The owner has truly mastered this dish.
I promise you it is worth the wait outside!!!

First time we’ve been back since 2015. The place is still the same, one dish on the menu – ramen with your choice of two or five slices of pork or vegetarian. I chugged through the salty broth and got a perfect score this time. Be prepared to drink lots of water afterwards otherwise you’ll be smelling like garlic and thirsty for a day. This week they also had ube cheesecake to go, we got a slice and it was good.

Soup itself was certainly salty but the chef was kind enough to give us extra broth to mild the saltiness. If you ask you can also get more veggies too! It took a while to go in with lines behind but i guess they seat you row by row. You pay upfront only 2 menus. Vegetarian option or regular option. Soup is quite fatty but the garlic and the veggie milds it.

Love hunting for Ramen and today came to this place. Staff were friendly and helpful. The ramen size was quite big with much spring sprout and thick pork slices. For me, 2 slices ramen was more than enough.
Pork slice quality required closer monitoring. It’d meant to be tendered. unfortunately, i had 1 piece very tendered and 1 very ‘fresh + rough. The soup was rich and yet, it was a bit oily and salty for me.
I enjoyed the game part, which was related to the shop name- DREAMS. Highly recommend customer to join the game – to speak out 10 dreams in 30s and get a chance to spin. Also, be prepared to queue for at least 20min before enter.

This is by far the best the best bowl of ramen you’re going to find in Boston hands down! Probably even among the best food you can find in this city if we’re being completely honest

I believe this Ramen Jiro, so it is a rich and hearty bowl compared to your usual miso or soy base, meaning you’ll want to be sure to bring your appetite with you. I will definitely be going back for that bowl of delicious porky and garlicky goodness and strongly recommend others do the same!!

It was so-called Jiro-style ramen. It is nice that we can eat this type ramen in US.
Few negative points were that noodles were not well shaped (looks like scraps of making noodles) and soups was too salty. However, overall, it was nice. I may come again when I visit Boston.
