I’ve been coming here for years now and they’ve rebranded to Yume from Fusion Sushi. Food quality has always been great and consistent!! The servers are great and attentive even when it gets busy. A+++ food, even when taking to-go! Let the pictures speak for themselves.

I absolutely love this place. It used to be called Fusion, but rebranded sometime in the last year or so. My favorite fresh roll is the morningside roll — always SO GOOD! the Ami roll and Mystery rolls are also bomb. Also highly recommend the jalapeño cheese katsu curry as well.

I remember when this was Fusion Sushi. We’ve been coming there for years.
The new business owner has made changes to the menu (stay away from the summer sangria). The food is good, but the service is pretty terrible.
We waited at least 15 minutes before anyone brought water, and that was only because I asked someone for water.
Nobody came around to take our order. I had to wave at someone and ask if someone could take our order.
We waited a long time for food to come out, then we had to ask for chopsticks to eat our food.
I don’t mind waiting if the restaurant is busy. It would just be nice if someone said, “Hey, sorry to keep you waiting. We’ll be with you shortly.” But to not be acknowledged and to feel like you’re begging for service…. It’s all frustrating.
I wish I could say this was a one-time occurrence. This has happened the last couple of times we’ve dined in.
The worst part of it all, our check was brought out well before we finished our meal. Meaning, someone was happy to get us to pay and push us out, but nobody was around to actually serve and help while we were there.

YuMe in Manhattan Beach is solid. The sushi is fresh and tasty—loved the Alaskan Roll and the Zen Roll especially. Service was great too; our waiter, Mindy, was friendly and on it. Easy spot to recommend if you’re in the area and want good sushi without the fuss.

Fusion Sushi is one of our favorite sushi spots in Los Angeles. The tuna and salmon are always incredibly fresh, and the rice is perfectly cooked, making every bite enjoyable.

Yu-Me is easily one of the best sushi spots in Manhattan Beach. The fish is always super fresh and high quality — you can taste the difference right away. Every time I come here, the food is consistently excellent.
Big shoutout to Mindy, who takes care of us every visit. She’s attentive, friendly, and somehow always remembers what we like. That kind of service makes a huge difference and keeps us coming back.
