McDonald’s 38601 at Southport and Franklin – placed online order for pick up in drive thru, took 40 minutes from speaker to leaving (it was already paid for or I would have left after 5!) At 30 minute mark, went searching for my order, which hadn’t even been bagged yet. Manager refused to speak to or look at me but an amazing teen/young man helped me and was very apologetic. Got home started to eat and my burger patty was rare/raw in center. Called the store, started to explain that I was upset, the manager hung up on me and wouldn’t answer repeated attempts to call back. I understand being busy and mistakes happen but eat crow and apologize! I WILL be calling again tomorrow to speak to another manager.

Waited in the drive thru for 35 minutes after paying and after going inside to figure out where my order was, they had no idea and hardly acknowledged me. They made no effort to make it quickly and I was left waiting again before I finally just left with no food. There were several other people waiting for food as well and it was chaos.

I got a meal quarter pounder with cheese a frappe and wanted a large water. They said they couldn’t give me a large water due to the monopoly game so got a lemonade witch I can’t drink and got the cups to peel the game tag to find out they don’t even have any of the cups with the game on it so why couldn’t I just get the water? If you know you don’t have any cups with the things on them what would it have done to you to just put water in the cup?

Every time we go here the food is messed up, old, ice cold or all of the above. This time is especially bs though. $1.39 up charge for a “lemonade” (they splashed lemonade in a cup and filled it with water), paid for a 6 pc nugget and got a cold chewy 4 pc instead. The bun on my McDouble was crumbling like a saltine from where it had clearly been setting in a hot well since the beginning of the dinner shift. If I could give this place 0 stars I would for sure. Tried to call to speak to a manager and no one would answer at first. After multiple tries a kid finally answered and told me “she’s busy” when I asked to speak to a manager then got the run around when someone I’m assuming wasn’t even really a manger got on the phone. Unprofessional, food is trash, just never a good experience here. Inside is even worse. I never see them so much as wipe a table let alone clean the play area. We don’t go inside anymore. Wouldn’t go there at all if there were more options around. Just the only thing conveniently close to where we live.

Food already sucks, only here for convenience. Get pulled up to a spot every time im here. What happens if the order is wrong? I got to get out and go in after going through the drive thru? Nobody cares about your drive thru times!!!

This is BY FAR the worst McDonalds in the city at night. After having to repeat my order 9 times during a single visit, I sat in my car for about 15 minutes while employees came out randomly auctioning off food to every car out there. Then when I finally got my food and got home, I realized that my order was incomplete. I tried calling and there was no answer. Normally wouldn’t be a big deal except the last time that this happened, I was told that they would not replace my food because I didn’t call. Seems ironic that you have to call, but then they don’t answer.
This McDonalds is not bad in the morning… but going at night.. be prepared for long waits, cold food, wrong orders, and a bunch of people not taking their jobs seriously inside the drive through.

On 25nov2025 6:30pm, I went to this location to pick up a mobile order. It didn’t show up in their system. I showed the receipt and the location and order all lined up. But the manager refused to do anything “I don’t know what I can do about it”. If you can do nothing why are you the manager? Absolutely incompetent. A paid order that didn’t get filled. Wouldn’t kill you to fill it when you saw proof of purchase.

Not very busy it took about 15 minutes to get our food. They have had food sitting at the counter for over 15 minutes and we see people just waiting on our orders. Tables are very dirty and swept. We also noticed the Dirty table when we walked in was so dirty when we left and full of food we were there for 45 minutes

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a nice worker. That made me happy, I ordered the Big Mac, a medium fry, and a coke. Food was great, workers were even better, but the place was pretty dirty. Their tables were pretty sticky and nasty feeling, there were spilled drinks, and lots of crumbs everywhere. Overall pretty good!
