Perfect lunch date with perfect menu choices: squid salad, my favorite salmon sasa, and the vanilla crepe cake to end it. I even had the Yummy Jeannie Roll, but I was too excited and forgot to take a photo! Everything was chef’s kiss. Can’t wait to come back for more.

The food is good, hot plate and sushi were really good. The service is slow, we were basically the only ones there and the food took forever. There were also specials of the day being offered at entrance in a chalkboard but when you wanted try to order it, they would say they didn’t have it. Smh.

The hot bibimbap had great flavor but was full of lettuce in the middle and had maybe at best a tablespoon of meat in it. I’ve never had this dish look like a salad with such little meat and I have eaten at many Korean restaurants. You had to literally dig to find very small pieces of meat every once in a while. Will not be getting this again. Another dish that was ordered was seafood sundubu. Again flavor was great, very little meat, I have also never had this soup made with mini shrimp and small chopped squid ONLY and I have had it numerous times across many Korean restaurants. I’ve never seen it made with mini shrimp period. Menu only states it is an assortment of seafood. Their side dishes are disappointing as well, very little options compared to most authentic Korean restaurants. Our appetizer, fried mandu arrived after all our food came out. Probably the best thing we ordered that night. This is more so an americanized Korean restaurant at best. It’s a pitty because the flavor is there but nothing else. If you eat here I would not get anything they can skimp on the meat portion. Korean restaurants are known for their excellent quality of meat, side dishes and portions. This place falls short for all.

We dropped my car off for repair in Dover. We really wanted sushi, so I googled sushi near me. The reviews for Yukon were good and it was close by. It was almost 3PM. There were a few people there. We were seated and the server came over immediately. They have a fantastic menu. We ordered edamame and a a lot of sushi and sashimi. Our steamed edamame came right away and the sushi in good time for sushi. The order was served absolutely beautifully. It looked like art. The sushi/sashimi was fresh and was the perfect temperature. So many places serve sushi waay too cold and that reduces the flavor of the fish. It was perfect. We will definitely return and highly recommend.
PS. Don’t be fooled by the dive exterrior appearance of the building. Don’t leave. I promise you wont be disappointed!

The sushi chef is very creative with the presentation of Sashimi and Rolls. Fish is very fresh and has a great taste. The staff are very friendly and take care of you. We sit at the sushi bar right in front of the chef. Only a few seats, but we like the experience. There are plenty of tables and a long bar on the side also. Ethan, the chef, is friendly and enjoys talking with you. Plus, you can watch all the creative plates made for other customers. Highly recommend them. Enclosed are pictures showing the creative fresh dishes we’ve enjoyed over our visits. We have been to many Sushi places around the Country. This is by far the best one.
Added review: We always enjoy New Years Eve at our favorite restaurant. That means a 150 mile drive. It’s always well worth it. Added more pictures of our many experiences. Thank-you Ethan & the great staff.

Months later nothing had changed, everything is still so good and yummy.

Decided to try some new maki rolls and omg they were really good as well as the shrimp fried rice. Yum yum yum
