Probably the best Ramen broth in town. Super rich and flavourful. The only negative point i’d add is that the boiled egg in the ramen is way too overcooked. Ajitsuje tamago that are soft and with a runny yoke are an absolute must for a perfect ramen, in my opinion

The ramen soup had good taste and the noodles were well done! Most ramen shops are good but not „real“ Japanese style, but Yukiguni came close!

Ramen review #91
Egg is solid, meat is good, broth is alright, noodle isn’t my fav
I also ordered takoyaki as it’s fresh not deep fried one, sadly it’s a bit too much dough in it

This is not authentic Japanese ramen, the egg is hard, the soup is okay. The takoyaki is terrible—it feels like eating a doughy starch ball. Not worth the price, and the service is very slow.

One of the few very good and authentic ramen places in Geneva! Ramen noodles were cooked to perfect consistency. The broth is rich and flavorful. Polite and friendly staff. The atmosphere is cozy. Would definitely come back again next time I visit Geneva!

Personally I found tonkotsu with shoyu as a single ramen is quite strange as they stand for different soups. But that is what they offer. The sound is decent, better than average in Switzerland. The chashu seems to be customised to the local taste —— they used very lean part of pork. I do think it is less tasteful compared to the normal chashu made of pork belly. But it should work well in Genève.

I wanted to come back eat this very good Ramen, but I remembered that last time, I was charged PER TOFU SLICE (I think it was 2 chf/the slice ?) so I redirected myself towards another Ramen place (Susuru) that doesn’t take it’s clients for idiots.
It’s really a shame because the Ramen is excellent and the service vers nice – but charging 2chf per tofu slice is absolutely unacceptable – and yes, even if the tofu is organic (as I was told by the staff).
So, if you are vegeterian or vegan – I unfortunately do not recommend this place until they change they policy regarding tofu.
