We visited Lucky Lou’s around 5:30 PM with our family of five. Even though it was busy, we were seated in under 5 minutes. The atmosphere is casual, welcoming, and very family-friendly. Service was fast, and the outdoor seating with misters was a nice touch.

The food was mixed. The fish fry special was bland (though the tartar sauce and pickled cabbage were good), and the $21 salmon steak felt overpriced for the thin portion. However, the house salad was fresh and delicious, and the kids’ meals at $7.99 are a great value. There’s a solid draft beer selection, including my favorite, Miller Lite.

Parking can be challenging since the lot is shared with other restaurants, and the spaces are tight. Overall, we had a good experience and would return to try other menu items.

My first time here. It was on my list of places to try based off the reviews. I wasn’t disappointed. I went on a Saturday night. It was busy but the wait wasn’t bad. About 20 minutes. Service and food was great. Great portions too. I would go back.

We checked out Lucky Lou’s after seeing the great reviews and it totally lived up to the hype. The food was excellent, especially the Philly cheesesteak, walleye fish fry and chicken sandwich, and the AZ Loc Ale on tap was a nice bonus. The staff was super friendly and welcoming and with so many good menu options we will definitely be going back.

Busy Friday night and fish fry was delicious! The place was packed, but the service and wait-time on food was excellent! Our server Jordan was handling quite a few tables, and she promptly greeted us and brought us our drinks! Our food came out very promptly. And was excellent! This restaurant is very excellent! I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for great food selections and service!

This was my first time at this Lucky Lou’s and it went above expectations. The wings and ribs were delicious, the service was great, and the place had a clean dive bar vibe.

Food is always good here. Last time we got the blackened chicken so we wanted to try something different. Great atmosphere and will definitely be back again.

Update: we came back many times since. Love the food and great staff.

2/10/24: Great food, excellent service, tidy inside, plenty of parking. Lucky Lou’s has the holy grail of dining experiences. 🙂

We had two servers (whose names I can’t remember because it was last month & I failed to take a picture of the receipt). One focused on our drinks / refills, the other our food. Both guys were friendly & kept checking up on us.

The cheeseburger wrap was really good. I was nervous because, a wrap?, but it was tasty and didn’t fall apart in my hands. The 1000 Island dressing was a nice touch.

Both the fried pickles & zucchini were not overly breaded, but were lightly friend and very hot. The zucchini sliced could have been a bit thicker in my opinion, but that’s just me being nit picky.

Everything was good, and yes, Lucky Lou’s was good enough that we would return.

A lot of misses. Due to miscommunication amongst staff, we had numerous people ask us if we were ready to order. So we felt kind of rushed but the menu is so huge it’s. A lot to go through. I Ordered the Ribeye rare. It was actually raw. Only had one refill of our drinks. My wife ordered a side salad with her meal that we never got. Brought it home to cook thoroughly. It was just not great. Wont be going back

Stopped here for a quick meal and we weren’t disappointed. We had their Steak on a Stick and it was cooked to perfection with great seasoning! The fries were amazing and the grilled pineapple was delicious. My boyfriend had the Golden Fried Dills and they were big slices with a crisp, light batter. For our entrees, I had the Lucky’s Thai Chicken Salad, it was HUGE. The dressings were amazing, chicken was delicious, and now I have a whole salad leftover. If you like chicken sandwiches and some spice, you can get The Diablo, just ask for it fried instead of chargrilled… so good! The service was great and everyone seemed to enjoy working there. Great place to sit and have a drink, they have tvs playing different sports and channels.

Stopped in for the first time, very diverse lunch menu and a vas regular menu. I had their hot wings (grilled) with Parmesan fries. I also had a side of ranch and blue cheese. The fries were basic bar fries, great Parmesan flavoring.

The wings were very good, quality meat, grilled perfectly! Ranch was average but the blue cheese was great, wonderful consistency. Great price for the whole meal and a bonus, fantastic iced tea in a large cup!!

Great service, friendly staff! I will definitely be back to try more of their menu soon.
