Amazing Food/Service!!
This was my first time getting to enjoy a meal at the New Casino.
From the time I walked up, I was greeted with a smile and managed to even get a seat right away.
Natalie ended up perfectly guiding me through any questions I had…and it was her first day she said.(She nailed customer service though…Thank you!)
I even ordered a couple different items to see what I would think of the food here.
The Green Beans w/Fried Tofu were Absolutely Amazing to be honest…right there with the Fresh, Hot Shrimp/Pork Wok Fried Rice!!
I will Definitely be a returning customer!

I ordered some beef noodles and it took 45 minutes to not get it. so. also they must hate.money because the waitress gave me one beer at the beginning and we consciously uncoupled from each other the rest of the visit. ‍♂️

Decided to check out the noodle bar in our last visit. Sierra was very nice and helpful. Very quick refilling waters making sure we are good.

Food came out fast. It was hot and delicious. Highly recommend the Pad See Ew.

It was a little loud but it’s a casino restaurant it comes with the territory. Overall definitely will be returning again

We were quite disappointed in the food we had.

The Shanghai Soup Dumplings seemed to be filled with some kind of meat “paste” and not something that resembled real food. They also need to separate them on the steamer baskets (which are too small), as they get stuck together and are impossible to separate without ripping the dumplings which kind of defeats the purpose of getting them. This is normally one of our favorite foods and we didn’t finish the dish.

The spicy Sichuan pork dumplings were ok but seemed barely warm which was a bit concerning if they weren’t fully cooked.

The Char Siu was OK but not really what I had when I was in Hong Kong for school.

The Har Gow was also off as the wrapping had an odd texture and was a bit too thick.

I’ve tried a few dishes and wasn’t impressed with any of them. Also the menu needs to be more descriptive. I’m unsure of what I’m going to get half the time. The RuYi restaurant blows this place out of the park! Step up your game, your menu and food is crap!

Very good food. I got the crispy duck and rice. The only downside is it’s in a casino so it’s not exactly a quiet dining experience.

Lackluster at best. I’ve ate at this location two times. This past time we were seated at a counterstyle area facing basically a marble wall. Employees were reaching over us to grab food. We could see into the kitchen and overwhelmed by the smell of shrimp. If you’re not a seafood eater it’s not appealing. It just was kind of a crappy seat. There were plenty of other tables available so I’m not really sure why they put us in such a bad location unless they’re just trying to divide up the waitress areas. The food was okay nothing exceptional. Bill for two people without drinks was around 40 bucks. I think I will try to find a different place to eat next time I visit the casino.

**Review of Youyu Restaurant at Hard Rock Casino**

If you’re looking for an unforgettable dining experience, Youyu Restaurant in the Hard Rock Casino is a must-visit. During my recent trip to a boxing event at Hard Rock Live, we decided to dine at Youyu, and it was hands down the best Asian-inspired cuisine I’ve ever had.

From the moment we walked in, the service was impeccable, rivaling that of a Michelin Star-rated establishment. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about the food they served, which set the stage for an exceptional meal.

Now, let’s talk about the food. Each dish was a culinary masterpiece, bursting with flavor and creativity. The presentation was stunning—each plate looked like a work of art, and the taste was even better. Every bite exceeded my expectations, showcasing a perfect balance of traditional Asian flavors with a modern twist.

Youyu isn’t just a restaurant; it’s an experience that deserves a spot on your bucket list. I can’t recommend it highly enough and am already looking forward to my next meal there. If you’re in the area, make sure to treat yourself to this culinary gem!

Food was amazing. Customer service was very odd.. I ordered the dessert, an almond cookie with icecream, server told us she dropped our cookie on the floor so heres 2 extra scoops of icecream instead.. I thought she was coming back with the rest of my order but then ignored me until I asked about it. She said “I’ll go ask my manager” then proceeded to ignore me again and never came back to the table with A. My almond cookie or B. An answer or any explanation. I already paid for the dessert before it was served to me too. Its actually kind of mind blowing how horrible that interaction was when there was a very simple solution to the issue.. I will not be returning, no matter how good that orange chicken was.
