Yours Truly is an absolute gem of a speakeasy in Honolulu and the kind of place you wish you had back home. The food is thoughtful, comforting, and quietly creative—executed with care and a clear sense of identity.
The menu leans into familiar flavors done really well, with dishes that feel both elevated and approachable. Everything is balanced and satisfying without trying too hard, making it an easy spot to settle into whether you’re grabbing a casual bite to go with your drinks or lingering over a longer meal.
The cocktail program is a standout and clearly given just as much attention as the food. Drinks are imaginative, well-balanced, and beautifully presented, often served in custom-designed vessels that add personality and a sense of occasion to each order. The glassware feels intentional rather than flashy, enhancing the experience and making each cocktail feel unique.

This place is located in Downtown at the AC Marriott hotel on Bishop St. Valet parking is available for $15. The speakeasy is down the stairs before you enter the hotel.
Although we had reservations, apparently there is a different system for the speakeasy. We got the main bar area. However, it was definitely a better area for us as we were able to see what the speakeasy looks like, and it is very small. Almost where you would only take another person does the tables look like therefore parties of two and maybe six parties total? It was definitely a cute Christmas theme though.
Being in the bigger lounge area was more comfortable, albeit it is not a big lounge area. But we were definitely comfortable. The drinks were delicious as well as the food. We had great service as well.
I will definitely come back if in the downtown area and not looking for a loud bar scene.

We went here on our trip to Oahu. It was a neat concept. Reservations are a must. We just had drinks while we were there. The vibe is Tiki for sure and well done. The Speakeasy idea without a bartender is neat as well. The lighting is fairly bright. They have a great mural back drop that would have been great to use for a photo but couldn’t as they had a TV on a stand used for something else in the way. Bummer since it is a great photo opportunity. The bartender that checked us in was nice and helped us get started.
The one thing that is miserable is the parking in the area. If you are not familiar with the area or staying at the hotel it is not fun. We drove around for 15ish minutes looking for a place to park.

Absolutely amazing, all the compliments to the bartenders and team, drinks were incredible, vibe incomparable, and holiday design was the best we’ve seen this year (across 5 “holiday themed bars”).
For visitors (which is no reflection on YT nor is it the speakeasy team’s fault or duty to deal with) – please be mindful of the fact that this is a small space. Don’t be loud or obnoxious, don’t film/record others without their consent, and don’t be the “woohoo women” or “jerk bro” type. This 6-ish table speakeasy is not the place for your bachelor/bachelorette party, dive bar behavior.

Absolutely amazing bar and would highly recommend. All drinks on the menu have very different and unique flavors to fit anyones preference ranging between light and sweet to heavy and tart/smokey. Olivia is absolutely amazing, has great customer service and was very personable. The entire bar is very clean and the vibe is immaculate. Definitely coming back next time we are in town. It absolutely worth checking out

Whether you visit the front lounge or have the opportunity to get into the Tiki Speakeasy, Yours Truly is a fantastic experience! Katelyn and Gerald were our bartenders for the evening and they both provided amazing service and phenomenal drinks. They did what they could to get us into the Tiki room last minute and we’re a delight to talk shop with for all kinds of drinks and spirits. I highly recommend Yours Truly. But it is always better to book ahead, especially for the tiki Speakeasy!

I have been an active regular at Yours Truly for months and since last year whenever my job sends me to Hawaii. From the speakeasy to the bar I have fallen in love with the bartenders and I have brought friends and visiting family to come enjoy drinks and meet Olivia and Derek.
Recently, Derek left the bar and while it was disappointing Olivia has managed the bar so well she makes my friends and I always feel special and goes the extra mile with memorizing the drinks and giving amazing recommendations. I have made amazing business contacts from talking to others who were recommended or told to come and see Olivia. On my last visit, I was briefly told that Olivia will be leaving soon and while meeting the new bartender and server and their energy is amazing and brilliant it blends perfectly with Olivia and I hope her the best as well as the bar as she was the true light and originality in the bar downstairs
