One of the better fast food restaurants in Woodruff. They usually get everything right and it tastes pretty good. Only complaint is that the people who work there aren’t very friendly. Which I get it’s a job. We have tried a few things from the menu and it’s all pretty good. The chicken is always crispy. The biscuits are made to perfection. The rice, the mac and cheese and green beans are always good.

Was told to park in a parking spot by the drive thru worker(which was good at her job) to wait for our food. We waited 20 minutes or more just for me to go in to ask for my food for it to be handed to me instantly. Also asked to extra seasoning on all my fries to get no seasoning on my fries.

You know every morning it is sad to sit in line waiting on somebody to open up on time and you look over your shoulder and Starbucks is open on time every time. Traffic is flowing good. . But Bojangles employees can’t seem to figure it out and come in late. Open the store late cause a lot of other people to be late to there jobs .
It’s about to get to the point where people will start fixing their own breakfast at home and not give Bojangles any business because they can’t seem to get it together . Or sadly, Starbucks starts getting their business .

This place has potential and we used to go quite a good bit but dropped to maybe every other month and now even less than that.
You will be asked to pull up whether or not there’s a car behind you. And sometimes you will wait a looooong time. This is common at a lot of Bojangles though.
Our last experience that prompted this review is that we went by at 5pm to get a family box with supremes and bone in chicken. The girl at the speaker had to check if they had it (keep in mind this box has nothing special made in it) then came back and said it’d be 20 minutes…… we drove off because clearly they weren’t enthused about cooking. Went to Broncos. It only took them 15 minutes and it’s not even “fast food.” We also ended up saving over $10 because those family boxes at Bojangles are so overpriced.

It took me 15 minutes to get my food. There was four people waiting for food when I ordered after they got thier orders and about 6 more that ordered after me I finally said hey what about mine. The lady said what did you get i said #12 with slaw and mashed potatoes and the new straberry cobbler.She said I haven’t seen tour order and turned away. About two minutes later she asked what sides i had again. I told her and frw minutes later she gave me my food. The chicken leg was soooo small it was literally two bites. The slaw was not even half full! I paid over 15$ for this!! Not even an apology for the mixup

The food was cold and terrible. Which I could maybe excuse as we were the only car there if I hadn’t paid so much for it. That being said as the only car in line they gave me an entirely wrong biscuit too. Definitely would not recommend this place to anyone.

The food rating was decent overall – for the food we did receive. Ordered one four and one 5 piece meal with family size fries and this was the result of one of those four pieces. The employee in back literally ripped one of the prices and put in each of our boxes not to mention it took upwards of 5 minutes to take our order or even greet us.
The dude who initially helped us was beyond baked and went back and forth twice after walking away the second time and the only competent person in this place finished taking our order.
The soda machine was broken and obviously broken as it was leaking which is whatever – but if you’re an employee what logical sense does giving us empty cups do when you know you have to fill it in back.
There’s lazy and then there’s woodruff lazy.
I want my $25 back. Should have gone with my gut and gone to Burger King.

I had a pleasant experience here. Nice, new building. The cashier was new but the lady who helped her was pleasant and friendly. We had to wait on fresh chicken but nothing wrong with that since we ate inside. The chicken was kinda hard but ok. My boberry biscuit was so good, sweet & fresh.

Bojangles in Woodruff has become one of my go to spots for a quick, satisfying meal. The staff is always friendly and keeps the line moving, even during busy times. The food is consistently hot and fresh, whether I’m grabbing breakfast or a late lunch, I’ve never been disappointed. I especially appreciate how clean the dining area is, and the sweet tea is always spot-on. It’s clear the team takes pride in their work. Great service, great food, and a great atmosphere, highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area!
