I don’t order much from this location. The pizza is usually wrong and the chicken is mostly burned. This time I asked that the chicken not be over cooked, but forgot to let them know to get the pizza orders right. Well Chicken was good so were the Jojo’s and most of the pizza was right. One was pretty burned and I’m surprised they would let it leave looking like that. Very friendly staff they just REALLY need to work on quality. This was for a birthday 2 1/2 star would be more like it

Amazing so good my food was perfect great service the people make sure u have a great experience so kind and and smiling it’s a good and happy environment the wings are to die for so good and the pizza was perfectly cooked and nice and crispy when u bite into it highly recommended spaghetti and meatballs was amazing came with a side salad and garlic bread. The jojos was perfectly cooked nice and crispy my steak sub was perfectly cooked the works were nice and didn’t charge me for and extra topping I had the special the 10 wigs with a large one topping pizza I got 2 toppings but the worker on the phone said he wouldn’t charge me for the second one how kind! Go here because it’s an amazing experience

I don’t remember how long they said, but we only live about 2 miles from shop and it took roughly an hr and 40 mins. The pizza was not to great. Not much sauce or cheese, the sausage you could hardly tell was there. Also had pepperoni and mushroom and those were about same I guess. But the pic on their site with a pizza with sausage looked so good. We get it and had a few crumbles. Cheesebread lacking cheese. I just keep thinking they get low on cheese or something. Chicken was okay but the sad thing about that is we got an 8 piece chicken and they gave us only 7 small jo-jos which I’ve never had only 7 little jo-jos in an order anywhere. Should give at least 2 jo-jos for a piece of chicken if they gotta be small then ok. We have never ordered from here b/c we used to order from Massillon shop til we moved. Sorry to say we’ll have to go back to Massillon one if in the mood for Your Pizza Shop.

Ordered a bucket of chicken for delivery. Told me 45mins to an hour. Hour 20mins go by I call. They say it’s on its way now. 45mins later I call again. Fryers are down so they never made my food or felt the need to call me the customer while I wait for 2hrs with hungry children. Never again will they have my business or will I recommend anyone else there either!!!

Usually we get great service but not tonight! We were told 45 mins, then an hour and 25 mins later we had to call about our order. It took almost 2 hrs to get our food and when we finally did the pizza was cold!

The person answering the phone does not know how to take an order. The food is good but check your order before you leave. I brought my order back so they can make it right and they left half my order sitting on the counter getting cold. Grrrrrrr very bad experience
