I got the kalbi 갈비 here and it was incredible. Another regular told me that the shrimp was even better. The kalbi meat was thick and juicy with great charcoal grilled flavor. Taste compares to any top tier Korean restaurants in Korea or in the US. Honestly, the chef here could open a Korean BBQ restaurant and I think it’ll do great.

The Kalbi here is amazing, it was deliciously thick and covered in a smoky char flavor that made it irresistible. Seriously an underrated spot. Any trucks nearby, even a few minutes up the road, will skimp on grilled short rib. I was half expecting a super thing piece of meat but wow it was probably the thickest Kalbi I’ve ever had. Would definitely recommend to anyone, the owner deserves all the business he gets!

I ordered the spicy pork, it was perfect. Very juicy, sauce was amazing. The portion size is very good, can even be enough for two people. Wait time wasn’t too bad, especially considering the fact that there is only one man working. I could tell that he’s passionate about the food.

I got the Kalbi with rice, and it was excellent. So much food and so flavorful. I’ll easily get two meals out of this. The tables are clean, with lots of shade from umbrellas, and there’s a nice breeze. Don’t sleep on this truck!

Best food we’ve had in Oahu. We had the Spicy Shrimp, Butter Shrimp, and BBQ Pork. We intended to hit up Giovanni’s shrimp shack but this was way better. Couldn’t have asked for a better meal in Oahu.

Amazing Korean barbecue…..cosy seating area. Surrounded by solid food trucks, Thai, Mexican, and burgers. They have a small parking lot that is free, but they have a person directing traffic.

This place is nestled in the back of the lot but you can see it when you pull into the parking lot. My family and I love to eat here. The owners are very friendly. The food is really good. My favorite is the kalbi and mando. The kalbi is not overly sweet. I can eat the mando without any dipping sauce but if you need, just ask them if they have. Enjoy!
