Ordered a combo with Fried chicken and Beef bowl. That’s good and volume so much. Inside of this restaurant is more vacant and more quietly than Japanese Yoshinoya.

Well it was a Yoshinoya. Can’t really mess things up to much, however it seems they only got 90% of my order correct. I should have gotten a clue since while I was preparing to make my order, the person who got their food before me was bringing it back to get something corrected. It wasn’t a huge deal I ordered a chicken and beef No Veggie no onion. (This was a large order about 8 meals, family vacation, so I’m not mad). I ended up with a chicken and beef with veggies onions. I still love this chain. Again I don’t blame them it was a large order so mistakes can be made but I wanted to be fair and report it. I would still recommend this location the food quality itself was good.

Had to buy order food before I could get restroom code also I got 1 pack of soy sauce 15 packs of ginger & 8 packs seasoning, no extra teriyaki sauce at all asked for all condiments to be included will pay extra

All around it’s not a good place to come and eat. I’d rather drive couple miles somewhere else to have Yoshinoya. I mean the service is okay in and out with the food. The food is the worst part it doesn’t seem like they try. It’s either the portions are to small the chicken is burned the chicken has more skin then actual chicken. As for the beef some times small portions or it’s to cooked. When I do come it’s always take out then I get home and it’s a disappointment cuz you expect good food for the price you pay.

I’m so disappointed. Took my daughter and wanted her to taste the teriyaki chicken bowl and see how it compared to Flame Broiler. There is too much fat on the chicken, I suppose, to give it more flavor when it grills. There is too much cabbage and not enough broccoli even when you ask for extra. Brown rice is good. Even ordered a beef bowl, and it’s basically Arby’s roast beef with the fat, almost like eating bacon, but instead of eating the bacon fat, you end up pulling it out of your mouth trying to eat only the meat. We used a bowl lid to accumulate the fat. She did like the spring rolls, but they’re basically like Panda Express mediocre egg rolls. I suppose the upcharged protein is the way to go, but we will not be back.

So the guy that gave me my order was extremely rude about it, saying “you want it? Cuz you don’t pick it up when I called it!” He was calling the order while facing the kitchen.

As soon as I get home, I realize they have me the wrong order. Not only was did the guy at the register give me attitude, he also gave me the wrong order.

UPDATE: I went back to the restaurant. As soon as I was back, they knew why I was there. The same guy told the kitchen to re-fire my order with the same attitude from before. He tried giving me a soda for the mistake, I just told him to please get the order right. On my way out of the restaurant, I decide to check the order. Turns out the order is incomplete.

So I ended up going back to the restaurant a third time to finally get my order right.

Entire ordeal took about an hour. Never again!

Ended up raising my rating because the girl at the end that helped me was super polite and very efficient.
