Great tasting and healthy food, calm and serene atmosphere. They accept EBT as well! For me, it makes me happy to support anything Japanese in this country knowing what an amazing people and culture there is in Japan.
Given the quality of their food for a reasonable price, Yoshinoya ought to be the go to Asian fast food restaurant in USA over Panda Express. That’s just my opinion. I’ll be back for more, and you all in the Google reviews need to come with yours truly to Yoshinoya!

A few days ago I went here and ordered the XL plate with chicken and beef i got about as much meat that would have come in a regular plate i was very disappointed as it made no sense getting the XL plate. The food was good but the portion size did not match what i paid for.

I haven’t eaten there in many years but when I would go through Riverside it is a place to stop.
You always can tell a good restaurant as they stand the test of time and 30 years later, it is still there.

I ordered something small edamame and udon noodles. The edamame was not fresh sooo dry and chewy …you could tell they were old. I went back to get fresh ones and the lady took it from me and throw them to the point they feel on the floor. She was soo rude . Did not even apologize for giving me old food . Like really and then to throw is is so uncomfortable and unprofessional.
She did give me fresh ones but after she cleaned the mess she said ( it was not the lady that took my order… she was really nice and friendly… ) I came in at 4:18pm.

The drive thru is very convenient. I like that I can get some late night chicken and veggies without leaving the car instead of burgers and fries. Food is consistent.

I’ve been getting my food at this location for quite some time since there are not many options around 10pm. I’m driving daily from OC to Riverside. What I’ve learned is their menu changed, I used to make a meal with my regular bowl and a boba drink, currently not available on regular size just large. This means combo will be more expensive. Restaurant runs out of supplies or specific items constantly. It’s too late to drive around the city to look for another option. I’m not sure what’s going on with this location. I’m having a second thought to go back to Yoshinoya/ Madison after driving for about 26 miles and a long day.
