The food was standard Hardee’s fast food. We had the mushroom burger and a small cheeseburger meal. It was made perfect to order & tasty for fast food. The fries were perfectly cooked as well. The service at the register though, I’m not sure about the girl. She was stoic and monotone. When I asked how she was, she complained about having to have been at work since 5 a.m. Understandable, but customers honestly want to see a smile, not complaining. When I greeted her & smiled to engage a smile, again, she was monotone with no expression. The facility was very clean with stylish 50’s vibes with the white & black checkered floors. Our bill was comparable to other fast food joints.

I’ve been a bit hesitant to visit my local Hardee’s in the past, but I recently decided to give them another try. I was VERY surprised.
I ordered the chicken biscuit, and it was fantastic. The biscuit was flaky and buttery, and the chicken was perfectly seasoned and juicy. It was one of the best chicken biscuits I’ve had in a while.

I stopped by Hardee’s today and was very pleased that my food was hot & delicious! Stephanie was very polite and respectful. She filled my order quickly. Best of all it was filled correctly. Only con was Hardee’s really needs to get better tasting coffee lol.

Came to Jesup Hardee’s yesterday, ran across a sweet young lady by the name of A’Kyra. Now admittedly this was my very first time at ANY Hardee’s, but while on this road trip I told myself I wanted to try something new. You know new experiences. A’Kyra definitely helped me out with deciding what to get. The willingness and patience of this young lady was superb!! Thank you A’Kyra for making my first experience truly enjoyable!

I came in hardees with my two little daughters to get something to eat and we didn’t know what we wanted at first so we stood to the side to check out the menu. As we proceeded to view the menu, we couldn’t help but hear someone in the kitchen saying VERY inappropriate things related to sex and having sex with men and she was discussing private parts and it’s was extremely uncomfortable for me as a mother to hear especially in front of my daughters who have never been around such language. She continued to have the same conversation very loud and i discreetly asked one of the employees her name and position and to my surprise she was the GENERAL MANAGER and her name is Sonya Carr. I never experienced anything like this and my kids should not have to hear things like that at a restaurant. This is extremely unprofessional and she not be tolerated but any employees let alone the general manager. I will never be coming back to this hardees in jesup on 1st street and I will be pressing charges.

Yeah place is pretty nice and that’s where the positives end. Slow service with 0 rush in the drive-through and by the way it’s only a drive-through restaurant. They had me and my friend wait over 10 minutes for 10 pieces of chicken and was nothing but rude teenagers that couldn’t even give me my price or say have a good day or F you

I went to this Hardee’s and there was a sweet girl named Kyra who had great customer service, and was very helpful when I was placing my order. This was my best experience ever at any Hardee’s I have ever been to. A place with good customer service is always a place with good food! Yall should go!
