Please take a look at this vegetable; it’s the hardest part of the root, and I don’t think it should be in the box. Is this due to poor management of the side dishes or unnecessary cost-cutting by the staff?

The quantity and quality food has gone downhill. I got the large beef bowl. Skimpy on the meat portion and tasted very watered down. The food didn’t taste as good as it used to. It’s been a while since I’ve been to this location, and just didn’t realize it has gotten worse. The inside looks a lot nicer now.

Today after midnight, I pulled up to the drive thru where I was greeted by this man with a very hostile and dangerous attitude. I was looking at the menu when he greeted me then when I was ready to place an order, he purposely didn’t answer me back because I was taking my time. He also kept going though my order while I was talking. When I got to the window, he had this creepy and dangerous look in his eyes. For a guy his age, he acts very immature by having a smart attitude with me. This place seriously needs to investigate this guy because I can’t believe someone like him has a job. What an Abysmal employee.

Great fast food chain for quick beef bowl. The atmosphere is clean and workers were nice and respectful. FYI, download the Yoshinoya app in your ios or android device and sign up for an account. You can get a small bowl for free with a purchase of a drink. 3 stars only because after I ate the food it mess up my stomach.

I understand what you mean about small potions of meat. Mine was mainly all rice. But the flavors were there. What I had tasted good. However, My Gyoza was burnt and cold.

This placed used to be good, but they’ve lost their mojo. Portions have shrunk too. Customer service is sub par. They are unpleasant, rude and disrespectful. They need to be properly trained to respect and value their customers.
They give you the stink eye when you present coupons even though coupons are always in your mail.

I needed brown rice mixed with udon, but I was given white rice. Also, I didn’t get any cutlery in the bag. I had to eat with my fingers like an Indian.

Where’s the Cashier? Came in… looked like the front cashier decided to take her break right as me and my partner came in. Drive-Thru cashier was super busy. One or two cooks in the back. And a Manager giving a review or interview in the dining room. Not one person said hello, welcome or please give us a moment. (3-4 minute wait) I asked the cook in the back if anyone would be helping. She said that the Drive-Thru cashier had one more person in line and then would get to us. Then silence again… (3 minutes) Drive-Thru cashier finally came over to help us. (Very nice and apologized for the wait) Only person that cared it seemed.
Even if you’re a cook or a manager giving an interview, you’re still working on the same team & it only takes a second to greet a customer and politely ask for their patience.
Over the years have had several issues like this. Usually it’s okay, but it seems like this is one of the only locations that seem to be having these kinds of things going on. Once I came in to a full-blown fight between the employees. Other time the beef was well under- cooked. Seems the Management is struggling to Manage or just poor training. Wish they would run their business with a bit more pride. Really sad when a business with a prime location in the right market is struggling to become great due to these types of shortcomings. Hope you manage to get it back on track, otherwise will just come less often or choose other locations. Best wishes to you and the team!
