I was out for a drive on route 28 and stopped to get something to eat. The drive thru line was long, but I didn’t mind. The person was very friendly and answered all my questions. I got my order exactly how I ordered it. The food was warm. I returned a second time and ordered the pretzel pub sandwich with extra beer cheese. Wow, I loved it!! It was delicious! I got plenty of beer cheese. I live over 10 miles away, but will gladly return because of the friendliest, as well as making my sandwich exactly the way I wanted it. The Wendy’s close to me no smile and they don’t make your sandwich the way you want it. Food is luke warm to cold. Worth the trip!!

I loved the service at this wendys in particular there was a lady behind the counter that was such a good person i ordered my food and stayed to talk to the cashier myself and my wife loved the knowledge this lady had of wendys past and present i would definitely return to this place if you run into lisa at the register then you know why

The night time staff on the drive thru is terrible, basic customer interaction was terrible. Cold food and soggy fries. You get the feeling that everyone in there hates their job.
