Always and without fail they don’t get my order right. When I order in the app I never get what I order especially when i place for delivery but today I placed an order for pick up and got double teriyaki chicken instead of the teriyaki steak. I wouldn’t be upset if I wasn’t charged extra for the steak. I should have checked in store but I was in a hurry. But this isn’t the first time I get the wrong order and I call to get it fix but they say they completed it correctly and I’m just tired now.

I placed an order for chicken plate no skin and I’m confidence that my order is correct and of course I get home and there is no teriyaki sauce… dry chicken. My mom also 2 beff plates and no teriyaki sauce was in it… ugh I was so hungry and craving this… Guy on phone couldn’t offer me anything but to go back in and add sauce. I said no, I’m home already, he couldn’t offer me anything else. Never going here again…

Food is usually great
Maybe the veggies weren’t washed right but my veggies were in a separate container (XL bowl) and after a few bites this worm was in the broccoli.
It looks off but normal because of the color. It’s definitely some kind of worm because it expands when squeezing it wondering whatever it is! Beware!!
This is my favorite food but employees definitely need to pay attention and be better trained

You need to ether train your employees properly and with knowledge of app. So they dont won’t answer ” I just work here, is not my job to know about the app” bought 2 large bowls and a drink got 3 points ! Seems I need 300 for after small bowl! Really? Let the points the employee attitude! Customers are offered to download app however they have no one to answer Questions or concerns ! Seems he was ringing customer up under margaritas name ! Lol

The place was being cleaned up outside (scrubbed down). The cashier was doing the cleaning. Inside had just been mopped as well.
They had just opened.
The issue I had was the fact that she wore the same gloves from scrubbing outside to charge me. I believe she removed the gloves to handle the food after I started at them.
She was really nice, but I’m not sure she’s been trained on contamination of food items with dirty/cleaning items.

This place was okay. I got the shrimp walnut bowl. It was too sweet. Also I wanted the large shrimp box originally but the price listed is deceiving. You actually have to pay $1.60 more and it’s in really small print (which no one can read from 8 feet away across the counter.) So they’re hoping you’re not gonna notice your lunch is almost $9 instead of $7. We caught it right away and I got the small bowl instead. I don’t like that kind of deceptive advertising and don’t plan to go there again.
