Yoshi Sushi & Ramen has been on my list & my mind a while now. Ever since they were about to open, I’ve been meaning to stop by.
While I fully intend to return to try the ramen side of the restaurant. The sushi was beautiful, fresh, and had a good flavor.
Their price points are rather high, & think this can detour some patrons from frequenting often. Even though it’s a nice quiet spot, to enjoy good food.
The dishes over all were good. Some were just better than others. Makes me feel that it could be a hit or miss for some.
The safe bet for newcomers, the Shaggy Dog Roll. This is a staple at several restaurants, and my typical base to compare against others. It was fresh, good flavor, and that was that.
The Cowboy Roll was my favorite by far. The seared Wagyu, the spice that hits you after each bite, paired with the ell sauce. Mmm… getting hungry all over again, just thinking about it!
Can’t wait to return to try more items to compare it against what I’ve already tried.

Update 01/2026: Yoshi continues to provide consistently amazing food. The restaurant has the perfect atmosphere for solo diners, couples, and families. Highly recommend if you’re looking for good ramen or sushi in Pearland! I had the gyoza and spicy miso ramen. Stuffed to the brim and beyond satisfied

Cute lil place. Delicious flavor, kind staff, clean environment. Music is a vibe too. I got the original tonkotsu w grilled shrimp. My sister got the spicy Tokyo with grilled shrimp and we both loved it. Edamame is salted perfectly, loved the gyoza (dumplings).

I came by here today for the first time, and it was a hole in the wall ramen restaurant. Our serve was very attentive, which was greatly appreciated. We got spicy ramen which was very delicious , i loved the green onions. And as an appetizer we got the jalapeño poppers, which had a mouth water taste with a good spice.

Nice restaurant decorating. Brussel Tempora is not a tempora, more like Brussel sautéed in soy sauce and corn syrup, too sweet, a disappointment. Tokyo Ramen and Curry Ramen are good, just a little oily.
