Absolutely horrible experience. Came as a dasher to pick up food for two customers and an employee stated he stopped making food an hour ago due to needing to go to his family’s funeral and continuing on to bash the company as a whole. Mr continued to go on about how he does not have the food and he will not be making it even tho the place is listed as open. Multiple cars came behind us and he refused everyone service and shut the place down to close on his own. I understand having a family obligation but I think that should’ve been discussed with his manager before allowing customers to put orders in online along with the 10 other cars behind us. absolutely very un professional.

Been going here for years, and it’s always the absolute slowest service. I keep thinking “it’s been a few months, I’ll bet they’ve improved”. Nope. Tricked again. I sit in the drivethru line for a half hour, at least, everytime I’ve come here. Cars are always driving off rather than order. It’s faster to drive across town to another burger king.
I guess they always have my order right. So, they’re not totally horrible.
But yeah, I won’t be tricked again. Curses.

Terrible customer service the manager was rude when I called with a complaint. My meal was a large and they gave me barely a half of carton of onion rings..my thing is if a customer pay “extra” for something be fair and give it to me. All the Burger Kings in the county have terrible service except Grand Blanc but I shouldn’t have to drive out there for fresh food and good customer service.

Waited 1.25 hours for my food. I wouldn’t have waited but I accidentally ordered from this location via the app. Worst mistake ever! I would NOT recommend this location. When i finally received my food, it was cold and nasty. I sat in the drive thru for 1hr. I was then told to come inside. The employees had “lost” my order and needed to use my phone (where the order was placed) to see the receipt and be able to prepare my order. (There were 4 employees. 2 in the front and 2 in the back. The food was back logged between the front and back.) The drive thru only served 2 cars during the 1 hour wait in that line. When I went inside, there were 10-15 people waiting for food. No one was being served inside either. Absolutely avoid this restaurant at ALL costs!!

Apparently this is a “large fry,” from burger king. That’s pretty crazy dude… Just put the frosting in the bag please. I know this is flint but no one is forcing you to work at this burger king.

They wasn’t even busy and it took forever. They didn’t get my order right. First they forgot my fries and then they gave me the wrong drink. And their menu in the drive thru is bs. They had a deal on there but no where did it say I need a 4 digit code to get it on there. They had 1 speaker and only 1 person ahead of me but still didn’t know which order was mine. There was a girl yelling in the back too when I asked for my fries they forgot. The nuggets were trash too. This is the worst burger king location. How is it still open ♀️

Worst Burger King ever!! Most of the time I order through the app and upon pick up it takes forever to get my food especially the drive thru. Several times I have been told they are out of whoppers (really home of the whoppers hm). I have ordered thru doordash a few times waited for over an hour for my food dashers kept dropping the order (no explanation) only to never receive my food and have to go through doordash for credits or a refund.I love Burger King and this one is very close to home but I would prefer to drive 3-4 miles out of my way to go to a different one.

Spent a half hour in the drive thru. I had a mobile order too. Fries were cold. Chicken sandwich was good. I would not return here due to the extremely slow service. I don’t even know why it was slow. They had at least 3-4 people working.

This place was so slow and took over 20 min just for them to take my order, I asked for one whopper no tomato and there’s no ketchup hardly mayo on there, sandwich looked sloppy put together. Also the fries were soggy and cold. Lady had my bag ripped up my good almost fell out the entire bag. Will never go there again!

In a very mediocre environment, but overall, the food wasn’t too bad, just like any other Burger King out there. The service was oddly slow, but I wasn’t in a rush. If your just hungry and need something to eat really quick, I would go here.
