Was in the mood for Ramen tonight and stopped here for dinner. Had to scan a QR code to see menu and order food. Wish I could have just ordered the old fashioned way. But once you completed all the sign up and understanding how to order the food was tasty

The sushi boats are gone, and you order by scanning the QR code, but Yoshi sushi is still a solid choice if you want a nice Japanese lunch or dinner if you’re in the area. Lots of locals like it.

The dancing dragon, caterpillar, and dinosaur rolls we ordered are on the sweet side. Maybe it’s the sauce.

The sushi tasted fine. The high volume of customers ensures their fish is sold consistently.

The dining room is medium-sized and might fill up quickly. Prepare to wait during busy periods.

Service is friendly and efficient, and parking should be fairly easy.

Clientele is diverse, meaning a mix of old and young. That said, the atmosphere is casual and not too noisy. Which allows for conversation.

Yoshi Sushi is an okay spot for sushi in Milpitas, but it doesn’t quite hit the mark for a great experience. The quality of the sushi is decent, but nothing outstanding. The rolls are pretty standard, and if you’re looking for authentic flavors or fresh, high-quality fish, this may not be the best choice.

Not the worst, but not worth recommending. If you’re craving sushi, there are better options around Milpitas.

I went here around 2pm on a Saturday and there was no wait.
This restaurant has multiple locations and they have a large variety of Japanese food and desserts too!

I tried their Dancing Dragon Roll, Dynamite Roll, Chicken Karaage, A5 Wagyu Nigiri, Takoyaki, Tonkatsu Ramen, Tonkatsu Plate, and Fried Ice Cream. Everything I tried that day tasted good and I was surprised how crispy the outside of the Dynamite Roll stayed. That crunchiness made it more enjoyable to eat and it’s a pretty sushi roll too!

I’d recommend this place! I’ve been here several times before and I still find myself coming back. They have a large menu and there’s still items I want to try here.

Sushi spot with a balanced variety of saucy and non-sauced rolls. Their specialty selection is limited relative to other local spots, but you’ll likely find a roll that fits your craving.

Food tasted fresh. The “Lemon Calamari”‘s flavor was different in what I had expected. It somehow has the flavors of sushi (maybe they use eel sauce), which elevated it for me.

Service was friendly and order was prepared quickly. I had my takeout order available in about 10-15 minutes. Modern atmosphere and fairly busy on a weekend night.

I would come back! The calamari was unique and rolls were good.

We had some different rolls at this sushi place! We ordered salmon skin roll, Philadelphia roll, salmon avocado roll, and umami roll. They are all savory and tasty! The salmon skin roll was a blast! However, the dining experience would have been better if this location had physical menu. The Yoshi at the other location has physical menu, easier to browse all the items they have. Overall the food was great, and we didn’t wait too long for the food to get served. I would definitely visit this place again for more rolls!

So I had left a review about Guillermo’s unprofessionalism and rude attitude over the phone and getting incorrect items which it was the restaurant’s fault. Because they are the ones who gave me veggie appetizer instead of shrimp appetizer and Tonight I spoke with the manager and he said”no I will not do anything about”. No apology,no compensation,he just doesnt care about the customer. So I will be proceeding with legal litigation against this place. See you in court jin

For a small sushi spot in Milpitas, this place has a large selection of food. You can pretty much order anything related to sushi, and they will have it. The presentation is nice, and the food tastes great. Highly recommended.

this is one the best sushi spots in the south bay area! huge selection of sushi and specialty rolls, nigiris, special sashimi combinations. we ordered the 10 pc sashimi special and enjoyed it so much — it was thickest cuts of sashimi we’ve ever had! we also ordered omakase box (8pc) which came with wagyu, otoro, uni, salmon belly and other selections. the portions were so generous and the fish was extremely fresh!

Craving sushi for lunch. We tried three sushi rolls and hot sake. Service was nice and efficient. The textures were fine although not a fan of the fried one with spicy tuna, a little too much sauce in top, had to scrape off.
