If you are looking for a fast food restaurant to DO IT YOUR WAY… visit this BK of Jackson location. I requested to have my food cooked fresh off the broiler and I received what I asked for! Well with another trip to burger king and a order missing items again I went in the bk app to let them know again and complain about not getting items I payed for. Now sence I have had multiple issues with this and have complained and been refunded before I have been marked as someone who has done this and I will not be refunded for missing items or any kind of compensation. It really amazes me that business don’t think more of there customers! Needless to say I want be one anymore.

Went in after lunch and waited a long time for someone to take our order. There was a line waiting for anyone to come to the register. I did not feel they were ready for customers because employees were debating who was going to work the front line vs drive through. This probably should have been figured out before hand and not in front of customers. Did not feel we were the main priority but more of a burden
