Should’ve known this place was going to be awful used to come here during Covid and it was not at all like this lights flickering and attitude from lady at the counter should’ve told me all I needed to know I ordered 56 dollars worth of food and the rice had so much soy sauce it was actually inedible if I wanted rice bathed in soy sauce with mediocre meat on top I could’ve did that at home and that’s what I will do next biggest L I’ve taken all week was getting dinner from here don’t know if it was off night for the chef or what but I wouldn’t risk spending your money here also 16 dollars to add on this side of shrimp is laughable would understand if it was quality seafood but these are just blantly frozen thawed and thrown in the container and if they aren’t that is what they taste like experience as a whole is rated 3/10 for me

Very disappointed. My order was steak/shrimp with vegetables and noodles. By the way noodles extra $4 and they are gross. No flavor, cheap on the shrimp and steak. The steak tastes very cheap (no seasoning). The butter sauce was another extra 2.50 and by the looks of it. I will let you decide?

I love their hibachi!!! Yum yum sauce is my choice but the teriyaki sauce is good too. Small little place off the corner. It’d be koo if they cleaned a little bit… clean windows, mirrors and a little dusting wouldn’t hurt

I was greeted by a rude woman that appeared not to want to be there, her name was “Nay” or something like that. I’d suggest calling in or ordering online to not deal with a clerk that expects a tip for minimal service. I spent over $40 for a plate of mostly rice and it looked like scallops had been picked off of my plate. I was totally disappointed.

Way overpriced! I understand food prices have increased and they’re trying to make a profit, but they charged me over $9 for a side of veggies only. Never again! I get more veggies when I order a meal. And more often than not the salmon is overcooked. The Southfield location is better as far a cooking the perfect salmon! They just lost a regular customer smh.

Yum ! So glad I found this place ! This gives you the quality and deliciousness of Benihana without the long drawn out wait. The full size meals are HUGE! The hubby and I could never finish it and started getting the minis, but let me tell you the mini isn’t mini. Almost can’t tell the difference between the two sizes. Hubby always get the chicken and shrimp double with shrimp fried rice teriyaki sauce and garlic. I get the steak with white rice and one sweet yum yum sauce and one spicy yum yum sauce and a garlic butter.
We have picked up and got delivery. They have never gotten anything wrong or forgot anything. The staff are friendly as well and they package it so well.
Definitely try it out! You won’t be disappointed!

I’m a bit lost on why so many bad reviews. We had take out from here today and ordered chicken fried rice and vegetable fried rice with yum-yum sauce and garlic butter. Both were deliciosooo . Once you add the garlic butter you think your in Benihanas of the D!! And the rice was only $3 per serving!! I told the cashier it was my first time and she said “Oh you’ll be back”. I laughed but she was damn right, I will!!

I loved it!! Been wanting to go since I heard about them, was finally able to try it. I was impressed. I called in my order, it was ready by the time I got there, a little over 20 minutes. The staff was very friendly. My only complaint is I would have liked to have a more shrimp for the price I paid.

They always have my food hot and fresh. Even when I ordered a chicken fried rice with my full steak hibachi and my fried rice didn’t have no chicken they gave me a full order of chicken fried rice to make up for the mistake. That alone will make me continue to shop there. That’s how you make it up to your customers cause they food not cheap so you want to get your money’s worth .
