This isn’t where you go when looking for authentic sushi but it is still pretty great. Since it has a Dominican twist, most rolls and apps are cooked so you won’t get that “fresh” feel + unless you’re a sauce person, you might want to let them know, otherwise they’ll douse your food in all their homemade sauces (which I love). Enjoy!

Best fusion sushi in Santo Domingo. If you would like to taste the best dominican sushi fusion in Dominican Republic, you must come to Yokomo. Feel free to visit all 8 of them. The restaurants are hip too. Menu is full of delicious food. Hit the Poke Bowls or Hambre de Cuadritos if you aint into rice. Dont shy away from their Sangria. Prices are affordable and quality is consistent. Sushi Aplatanao at its best.

Wasn’t sure what to expect in terms of a fusion of Caribé with sushi but I was quicky won over. It is one of the first places I go back to each time I’m in Gazcue.

The food is good and a reasonable price but the service was lacking even when there was almost no one in the restaurant. Portions are good and the fish quality they used was very good. We ordered sake to go with the food but it was not good at all not sure what brand they used. Overall to eat a good sushi meal at a reasonable price I do recommend but if you are taking a date there or for a romantic dinner that is a no. Thanks for reading

Best Dominican Sushi!!, I tried the Abuken and Yaki Chan with my girlfriend and we both love it!, It’s so delicious!. I highly recommend it!. The service is amazing, fast and clean. The prices are great!, If you’re a sushi lover don’t miss this place. 10/10
