Honestly I don’t even know where to begin with this order.
The fries are old/ cold and disgusting.
The order wasn’t taken correctly.
Paid for things and didn’t even get them.
The sugar cookie is disgusting and hard, seriously breaks into crumbs the moment I took the smallest bite
Should have gone to the McDonald’s across the street.
Save the hassle pay less and have fresh food.
Such a disappointment. The worst part is that we are regularrrrrs here.

This store will only hand out one sauce without charge even for a 6 piece. Im not sure when this changed but bin this area, its the only location that does this. Typically, I dont make a big deal or write reviews but, this is 2nd time in 3 weeks I’ve had a negative experience here. Ian of 3.5 years at this location, was unable to let me know when this change occurred.

Brandon was super amazing and helpful at the counter! He was funny and was patient with my mother and I while we got through a large an confusing order. Suggested different option when certain things didn’t sound fully appetizing to her. Give that guy a raise!!

They have good food and friendly people working who mostly seem to be helpful for the most part but they are human like everyone else. The restaurant and its facilities are very clean.
If they get your order wrong for one reason or another they swiftly move to get it corrected while making you wait as short as of a time as possible. I have been coming to this Wendy’s location for over 30 years now and they, for as long as I can remember have alway sought to put their costumers in almost every case, first above just about anything.
I went to eat there a couple days ago and I will definitely be going back again probably sometime before the end of next week.

Was a nice visit. Person who took our order was nice. Would not say friendly but at least not a zombie like most fast food places. Our food was made fast and no mistakes(it was very slow thou no many customers). Quality of food is what you would expect from fast food burger place. Dining room was clean and pleasant to the eye. 3 stars is the best i give for fastfood so this ranks high for this visit.

Please remove the AI order taker. It was impersonal. Eating is an emotional reflex, and the AI bot reminds me to eat responsibly, not Fast Food.

I had an amazing experience at Wendy’s! The food was great as always, but what really stood out was the service. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly efficient. My order was taken with a smile, prepared quickly, and delivered just right. You can tell they truly care about their customers. It’s not often you get fast food with this level of attention and courtesy. Big shoutout to the team—I’ll definitely be back!

Unfortunately this location has declined. The food temperature is inconsistent and the quality has worsened. It is most visible in the cheap shredded lettuce they have switched to from the crisp leaf lettuce they used to serve on burgers. I’ve also noticed the patties are somehow thinner as well. The other Wendy’s I visit are not like this. It’s been this way for months here. I thought these restaurants were supposed to all serve the same food? Why is this one cutting corners? Unfortunate.
