I would not dine here under any circumstances, even if compensation were offered. On my most recent visit, I ordered several items directly from the printed menu. When it came time to pay, I was charged approximately 40% more than the prices clearly listed.
I questioned the discrepancy and was told the menu had not yet been updated. I explained—reasonably—that I neither agreed to nor expected a price increase of that magnitude, and that I intended to pay the prices advertised at the time of ordering.
The response was not a discussion, a correction, or an attempt at customer service, but an ultimatum: pay the inflated total or the police would be called. That is not a mistake—that is coercion.
I have reviewed hundreds of restaurants and encountered a wide range of issues, but this is a first. Charging customers substantially more than advertised and then threatening law enforcement when questioned is an unacceptable business practice and a clear exploitation of local patrons.
I will not return, and I strongly advise others to take their business elsewhere. Establishments that operate this way do not tend to remain in business for long.

Saddened cause I was really looking forward to this food. Now I’m disgusted. I tried this place out because of the reviews as I was passing through Hendersonville. I had miso soup first and it was delicious! Unfortunately, as soon as I opened my to-go container a long hair was on my hibachi salmon. Now I don’t want to eat any of it. Disappointed and will not be returning.

I love this place, mom and pop owned. Great food, friendly service. Prices are great. For what you would pay at a fast food for junk you can have real meat, veggies and rice. Hands down a much better option. They cook everything fresh to order and have drive thru!!

We love this place and eat here all the time. It’s never crowded and the hibachi plates are superb. Wait staff is always friendly. Drive-through service is plenty fast if you’re in a hurry, but if you dine in your meal also includes a soup or salad!
