I do see a lot of protein bottles. I’m guessing they use those for the bowl even though they don’t say this on their website. I had the coconut bowl with all the stuff. The coconut tasted like yogurt ice cream.
I guess it’s not for me. Fruit on top. I guess it’s an acquired taste. 300-700 calories. Don’t expect to get full on this stuff.
