Yokai Ramen absolutely blew me away! The ramen was beyond incredible, the broth had a perfect kick while still being rich and full of flavor. The pork was cooked to absolute perfection, and the Katsu chicken was beautifully crisped with every bite. I finished the meal with a couple of teas to go, and they were incredibly refreshing, the perfect way to wrap up one of the best ramen experiences I’ve ever had in San Antonio. Truly an unforgettable spot!

I’ve been going here lately with my mom and every time I come the food is absolutely amazing. I always get the tonkatsu pork ramen and same as my mom and it just hits the spot every time. This place is so cozy and authentic. This is the second time I get the takoyaki(My favorite Japanese food) and it was very delicious as always. I highly recommend this restaurant to people who want to eat ramen or other Japanese dishes. As you can see I finished my takoyaki and my mom was too full to finish more of her ramen. Always coming back to this place.

First time ordering here. It was delicious and I look forward to trying other items. I ordered the Love Me Shrimp Fried Rice (made spicy and added egg) and the Honey Cream Cheese Puffs (it’s like dessert)

Food is delicious however the meat portions are somewhat ridiculous.. I ordered the spicy pork belly paid $15 and got three little thin slices of pork belly… it looked almost like the scene from Mickey mouse where they slice the bean and bread and its transparent.. the taste though is super good. I’m not sure if I would come again though.. I don’t consider myself someone that eats a lot a lot.

This place was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! the food came quickly and was very flavorful. The tempura shrimp seemed a little undercooked but everything else was amazing. I highly recommend this place for any occasion!

Definition of small business and local. It’s the neighborhood Ramen place. One or two people working who clearly take pride in their restaurant. When I walked in it’s simple and clean. Don’t expect a fancy ramen place. ramen had Light salt/sodium. Mild flavor on the veggie, corn, And onion ramen. Japanese egg rolls served hot and crispy. The cream on top was a little much for me but I don’t do sauces or creams. Water is free and help yourself. Nice atmosphere. Japanese prints and music.

Japanese Honey Chicken w/steam To-Go. It is deliciously sweet. The texture taste almost like tofu. Rice was cooked well. No sogginess. The dinning area could use some cleaning, especially restroom.

This place was a first in our books. When you first walk in you have a great cleansing feeling. You grab your menus by the cashier. Sit down, figure what you would like. I went with c14. It was ramen with chicken and corn green onions, and I added mushrooms . The broth was a soy sauce base. Wasn’t to bad, but prefer more of a mix ingredient taste. My husband got a spicy soup was also great. My kids shared Japanese fried rice and add chicken for a dollar. You clean up after your self. And leave they trays by the door. Over all great experience!
