I’m not sure who is working tonight (11.29.25) but they are so absolutely kind and helpful. This is the second time I’ve had an issue with Uber Eats either not working or not giving me all my items, and both times I’ve interacted with the same person at JJ. They have been kind, considerate, and did what they could to make sure I either got my proper order or got my money back. Whoever the young man is who works night shift… thank you for being awesome!

I drove up to this unassuming Jimmy John’s. On what was the coldest day on record in about 10 years. The door was icy on the inside. But I’m not sure if that was from the freezing temperatures outside or the ice in the veins of the young man, Anthony who made my sandwich. Indeed there were two records broken. One the freezing temperatures and more importantly the best Jimmy John’s sandwich I’ve ever had.

Definitely not the fastest location I’ve been to. They took forever even though there was only one person in front of me and nobody was doing any other orders they were just poking around behind the line. Half of the restaurant looks like a storage unit. Could’ve been cleaner. I guess it’s just a new standard.

Ordered delivery and never received it. Tried to call the store and get a message that they can’t be reached. I called corporate customer service and they have been instructed by corporate to reach out to me numerous times and refuse to do so. I’m about to dispute with my bank at this point. They are extremely unprofessional. I’ve ordered from other locations with bad or mixed reviews and never experienced this nonsense before.

There was a blonde haired lady working there today basically yelling at customers because an order of 8 sandwiches walked in because the JJ ordering website was down along with the app ordering. She was taking it out on customers. Completely rude and very unprofessional. Don’t order here.

Staff does not care whatsoever. One kid was making sandwiches while the other 2 were standing there talking. Poorly run place. But at least the sandwiches still taste like Jimmy John’s

Food was edible, when I asked to pay to use my Jimmy John’s gift card, one person was unsure how to punch it in. Then I believe the manager stepped in to type it into a machine in the back. He punched it in one time and then proceeded to tell me “I don’t have time to worry about this right now” I feel rudely brushed off, and do not plan on returning again.

Did an online order as I got an email that I had a free sandwich available & I was on my way home from a long road trip. Ordered a cookie because if my sandwich was free, right? I walked in & the lady ahead of me told to me to go ahead as she was still deciding. (Nice, right?) The kid at the counter was staring down at the register as if I didn’t exist.
