I saw the sign that said the sushi rolls were buy one, get one free and I decided try this place out. I got a Bagel Roll and a NY Roll which were both deep fried rolls. They both lacked a bit in flavor, even with the added sauce. I heard that they have some other good menu options. I’ll have to try those out for myself next time. The staff and service was good and the wait time was about 5-10 minutes.

This was an extremely disappointing meal, especially given the price (~$22 per plate). The food quality was shockingly poor. The meat was very chewy, full of cartilage, and drenched in a thick gravy-like sauce that seemed intended to hide how bad it was. The white sauce tasted like a cheap knockoff, and the rice was gummy and overcooked.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was bad enough that I couldn’t eat it. I literally threw the meal in the trash and had to buy lunch elsewhere. For the cost, this was completely unacceptable, and I would strongly recommend avoiding this place.

My son went with the spicy crab burrito and crab rangoons. The burrito was fresh and had a nice kick from the spicy crab mixture. The crab rangoons were about what you’d expect—decent size and classic flavor. Overall, it was something a bit different, and we thoroughly enjoyed both items.

Best hibachi I’ve had in Raleigh, but I still have not been able to find a hibachi place that compares to my favorite back home. Expect to pay ~$15 per meal – with the potential of splitting one with someone else because the meat & veggie portion is BIG… rice serving is for one person though. The veggies were fresh and cooked perfectly. However, once you get past the top layer, they’re sitting in oil that I guess they pour into the container due to the quantity. Next time, I will request that the oil is left out. Only bottled drinks are sold here (water, coke products, Gatorade). The crab rangoon was super tasty.

Located inside of the food hall, I got a California roles w/ no veggies. They had a buy 1 get one deal which was good because I got 12 roles for the price of 6. Very affordable, though it took a while to get my food.

Overall a great experience and the food hit the spot. Located within an air conditioned food hall with a lot of options to choose from. Service was spot on, real quick. I chose the Hawaiian Burrito with the Sriracha Hot Sauce, went right down the hatch, but wished that it was spicer than they offered, diced the tuna (comes in long this strips traditional to sushi) as you do not have the luxury of eating sushi rolls. More of the tuna would come with each bite, but it didn’t take away from food, just a personal preference. The veggie spring rolls were excellent with the provided duck sauce. In a bit of a packaging snob and hate to waste to-go packaging especially when you are eating on location. My thoughts are save your expensive to-go PS clamshell containers and provide a single use paper bowl/burrito wrap paper. Again, just a personal recommendation. Food and service were great and hit the spot.

I got the Alaskan Sushi Roll with fresh salmon, avocado, and cucumber for $10.95. They had a buy one get one free. The sushi is delicious and service is very fast. The Morgan Food Hall is very busy, full of different restaurants. Music plays in the background and there are people coming and going. I recommend Yoho if you’re looking for great sushi in Raleigh.

10/10 DO NOT recommend. I ordered my daughter hibachi chicken with no zucchini (due to food allergy). For some reason, zucchini was still in the food at the bottom of her chicken. My husband tried her food and said the chicken didn’t taste right and he had an after taste. 5 hours later my whole family was vomiting! Drs said it was food poisoning as well. I’ve tried calling this place numerous times but the phone is disconnected. I do not feel that proper storage or handling of the food is happening. I feel that a food safety inspection is needed!

Man, read this review especially if you have food allergies. My girlfriend and I went to Yoho today and ordered 2 sushi rolls. She is severely allergic to avocado and the roll that I ordered had avocado in it. We kindly asked if the rolls could be in separate containers due to the allergy which didn’t seem like much of an ask, and the personality-less cashier said that it would be a $2 upcharge to put it into a separate 5¢ plastic box. I then expressed to her about my girlfriend’s allergy to which she didn’t care and said it would still be a $2 upcharge. We simply wanted them in different containers so the food wasn’t touching. To dismiss customer health conditions for personal monetary gain of a company is disgusting. I would understand if we were asking for them to go out of their way and bend over backwards, but a simple request such as that to have an upcharge and obvious dismissal pissed me off in that moment. Luckily, I believe the manager or another employee saw the cashier’s response and went out of his way to make the rolls separately, and he looked upset while doing. The food was delicious and as I am not bashing the restaurant as a whole, the female cashier who took our order needs to learn some basic lessons in being a decent human being.

This is my go-to at MSFH, for good reason. It’s good quality and consistent, and they offer no rice options and ability to exclude certain veggies. I haven’t had the sushi, but the hibachi is very good. A little pricy, but that’s the food hall for you.
