Great food with decent service. My order was taken in a friendly manner. This location wants you to add a tip when you order. Doesn’t make sense due to no table service. I ordered a regular Chicken Teriyaki Bowl for dine in. It took a few minutes for my order to complete which wasn’t too bad. The quality of food was hot and tasty! The lobby was clean, but reminded me of a laundry mat with the extra vending. I did observe an employee cleaning the lobby while I was there. The sides of the tables don’t get wiped down, as there were noticeable markings on the sides. The tables are white which highlighted the markings. I have been to other locations in the Valley, which looked more professional and not as tired looking. I still highly recommend this location to anyone who loves some great food!

Might have been some of the worst service I’ve ever experienced in a restaurant. I walked in and I wanted to order a chicken katsu plate and some rainbow rolls and the person at the cash register very plain and dry just said “we don’t have katsu” and then he proceeded to count the money in the cash register while not acknowledging that I was there. I look at the other workers and they looked at their other coworkers and laughed. I just left afterwards and I don’t know if I’ll be back.

I love this place. I try to eat at Yogis every chance I get when I travel to the Phoenix area. Sitting area is Open and spacious but not really the “it” place to chill. I usually order to go.

Went there today and ordered the Tuna bowl and the tuna tasted awful and shortly after I got home ive been dealing with stomach pains nausea and other things I rather not say. I got food poisoning and its not a great feeling its disappointing hoping I would find a nice place to eat and instead end up sick. Just be careful when ordering from here.

Delicious chicken love the teriyaki sauce actual chicken egg rolls that are actual egg rolls. Staff is always friendly always willing to help and as I just found out the open till 9:30 on Fridays and Saturdays which is amazing. My son loves yogis the healthbreak each chicken and rice on a regular basis and this is the place he chooses every day of the week

I ordered online for pickup. Got home was excited to try because others have said it was good. It was bad. I called to see if I could take the food back for a refund. The person said if we tried the food they couldn’t take it back. He told me I can call for a manager tomorrow. I ordered the chicken teriyaki with rice and steamed vegetables. The vegetables were still raw and hard. The rice was old and the chicken tasted bad. Im really disappointed and lost $14. Pictured going in the ️

My husband and I came for tacos in the next door and came into here because they had some good looking pictures on their door. So my husband got the large teriyaki chicken bowl and said it was good. I got Spicy California Sushi but for 8 pieces it was $6.99 and it was so small. Smallest sushi I’ve ever seen anywhere but it was pretty good.

Went in there Saturday night, and ordered a meal with a fountain soda. When we went to the soda machine we noticed that all but 2-3 of the options had an “out of order” sign. The remaining drinks were coming out completely clear. When I said something to the worker, he had stated that I could get a bottled soda out the fridge instead if we wanted. We attempted to try to drink the watered down fountain soda and after a few sips decided to take him up on his offer of getting the bottled soda instead. After we brought the bottle back to the table, one of the workers came up to us and said “you have to pay for that”. We stated that they JUST told us we could get a bottle drink. He then stated “well you can’t have both drinks”, to which we replied that we aren’t having both drinks as the fountain soda is not drinkable because there was no syrup in them. He left the table with the fountain drink that we were not drinking and he dumped it out and after we got our food they proceeded to harass us and repeatedly came to the table and told us we have to leave because we are causing a disturbance and that they feel threatened by us. Lmao really?? My girlfriend who they were interacting with the entire time is 4’10 and 100 lbs soaking wet. They were the ones making a huge deal over the whole thing and creating a disturbance. It literally makes zero sense the way they acted and the way we were treated when THEY told us to get a bottled drink instead. Why would we pay for a bottle AND a fountain soda when the fountain soda we were not even drinking? We ALWAYS come here and have never had any issues, and the workers even admitted they have seen us before. Absolutely ridiculous behavior from this location.

Looking at the lunch special I ordered the chicken and beef bowl. After paying I asked for my drink and was told you did not get the lunch special. I asked if I can get the lunch special instead but I was denied the request by cashier. I thought customer was always right. She could have saved all of this by suggesting the lunch special but maybe she needs a different job. Food was good but customer service was not good. Now I might consider comming back. Getting a drink was 3 dls additiona.

I love Yogis and I probably wont come back to this location. I’d rather travel all the way to my favorite location on 24th st and Baseline. They are so different and I was really disappointed coming here.
