The two girls in the front really need to work on their customer service when waiting for my pick up they tell me that it’s just not ready yet. I waited another 45 minutes asking where is my food twice? Finally they just told me that they ran out of an item. I asked them well. Why didn’t you just ask me and I can do a substitute they didn’t say anything more. I got my order finally after an hour waiting and just left no apologies from them whatsoever. One of the girls Liz has such an attitude with her stomach showing the entire time and her eyes rolling every time I ask for an update. Is this really an employee you guys wanna keep within the company?

Worst service ever! Avoid at all costs!!! Such a shame… food is good, service SUCKS! dining room closes early as they’re mopping under your feet as you finish your meal. Went tonight on a Friday night and they told us we couldn’t dine in an HOUR before they close! Needless to say, we left and will go to a restaurant that actually wants our business and cares about their customers!

Front cashier Liz had an attitude. They couldn’t get my order right and I didn’t have time to wait for a new one. The moment I told them my food wasn’t right she rolled her eyes and gave me an attitude. 2 employees sitting around doing nothing and still can’t get my order right.

Great food with great service! I was greeted as soon as I stepped to the counter. I ordered a Chicken Teriyaki Bowl (no scallions) with a Medium Drink for Dine In. The order arrived within 4 minutes of ordering. The Drink station was fully stocked and clean. They had pumps of Teriyaki Sauce for Dine In customers available also. The Chicken Teriyaki Bowl was hot, fresh, and tasty! I was served with 2 additional packets of Teriyaki Sauce, napkins, and a fork. The lobby was clean and well maintained. I was the only Dine In Customer, and it was after 6:00pm on a Saturday. There were a few orders for to go, while I was there. Unsure why they ask for tips, when they don’t have table service, but you have the option to not tip. I would highly recommend this location for anyone who loves a great meal at a decent price.

Disappointed. Not only was there barely any sauce on my food, there weren’t any sauce packs in the bag either. When I had asked how many sauces were in the bag I was told there was 4 and forks. So I paid for 2 extra sauce, get the food home, only 2 sauces, no forks, and the food was pretty much dry. Hate to see when a company starts trying to nickel and dime you rather then take care of the customer.
