Had a wonderful experience. They made a wonderful graduation cake for my daughter’s elementary class and my youngest had a blast eating ice cream with all the toppings.( We decided to take a picture of the cake after we started cutting it.) The cake was a vanilla cake with cotton candy, ice cream, whipped cream frosting with Oreos and sprinkles and the kids thought it was amazing. My daughter’s whole class had so much fun eating it!

NEVER ORDER FROM HERE!! I ordered a custom birthday cake online and filled out the required form to select customizations. We cut into the cake in my birthday and it was entirely wrong. Not a single mix-in listed on the form was added that we could see or taste. It looks like they took a cake off the shelf and tried to pass it off at an up charge. Such a disappointing way to end the birthday. We will never be coming back here.

My better half, & I went here after dinner yesterday evening. While the ice cream is as good as it normally is, the store is not what it was when we first started going about a decade ago. The bathroom has always been a issue, some funky smell was permeating the whole store other day, the chipper attitude amongst the employee’s seems gone, as is the traditonal jingle ditty for a tip they once had. It’s just not the same as it once was. Just a little disappointed to see. I’m guessing finding good help may of played a factor in why the original owner of the store decided to throw in the towel. In recent years a few good workers have worked there, but it’s hit, & miss, unlike before where most were good. Nowadays when we go to Coldstone it’s purely for the ice cream, & mix ins. Which can’t denied that it’s of higher grade end of the ice cream scale.

The employee who helped my son and I was extremely courteous and energetic. Her name was Belle, I believe. Everyone else there was also very polite and helpful. The two stars off is because of the off putting condition of their front door and the unsafe condition of the outdoor dining table we sat at. The door has pictures attached, rusting and corroding at the base of the hinge side and close side. The table was so wobbly I could hardly put any weight on it, bolts were missing etc.

Really enjoy finishing off a trip to Lincoln here. Lots of great flavor options. My only complaint is that they don’t offer much in the way of nuts. I had hoped to make a reasonable rocky road substitute, but the only nuts offered were almond and (I think) cashew. I do understand for those with nut allergies that it’s probably a safety measure, but I would think they could have sealed bags available for you to top with or add-in yourself.

I really like the new plant-based ice cream Cold Stone now offers! Well done! The pecans tasted stale to me, though. Also, it would be helpful for the outdoor sign lights to work so you can tell if they’re open from a distance.
