At first glance they looked closed. I wasn’t sure , it looked dark and empty no employees in site. Then upon walking in someone greeted me from behind the counter where I could barely see him.
Then I ask the guy for half Chicken half bulgogi (my spelling may be wrong) but he said they didn’t have bulgogi just beef and chicken ♀️. That is the beef lol. Also the food came out so fast but at first I didn’t think nothing of it. Then I go to eat it and they make it look pretty but the meat was either over cooked or had been sitting in a warmer. Definitely not a great taste! The chicken also looked like they cut it any way and just threw it in the bowl . Then upon eating I found plastic in my food. Which was concerning at that point. Normally yogis is and they cook to order, but this location I do not recommend!!!!! Bad customer service and just service in general . They at least greeted and said thanks for coming. I guess that’s all good but the food… NO GO!!!!

Absolutely 10/10 customer service. We had an Uber Eats order and the driver left a bag behind so I called the store and spoke to John and he let me know they still had the food so I told him I’d be there to pick it up shortly. I arrived and Endy made me a fresh order because she couldn’t find our bag. She was incredibly sweet and apologetic about the situation. When I arrived home, someone from the store personally drove out to deliver the food to us. Super appreciative of them going above and beyond! Food is always delicious and we will be coming back in the future!

Food is always great. Alot of sauce though. Maybe to much. But not a common occurence. The cashier was very sweet, polite, and helpful. Atmosphere is standard lunch style seating. Nothing to exciting. The barstools by the window are a nice touch however.

This is the first time I have ever tried this place and I have been to Tempe Marketplace quite a few times but I have to say this place was awesome!!!! I paid less than $15 dollars for a full Las Vegas Roll !!! My date had the California Roll and the sushi was phenomenal!!! I did not think the food would be that good for the cheap prices but it was amazing and I would definitely 10/10 recommend to anyone that wants good sushi but is on a budget .

Avoid this place at all costs. My fiancé got severe food poisoning after eating here. The chicken had a strange odor that turned out to smell like fish — possibly from cross-contamination during cooking. I didn’t get sick only because I didn’t eat my meal. She became extremely ill afterward, and we’re considering contacting the health department so they can inspect the restaurant. Something definitely isn’t right with their food handling.

I’ll start off with saying it’s my fault for ordering takeout at 8:30 PM after work The guys were not taking orders when I arrived. I explain to them. it was a pick up so they just handed me my order unfortunately the chicken was not cooked all the way and the meat was also very chewy. I had to throw it away. It was disgusting. I called that night, but no one answered. Then, I called the next morning. A guy answered and said manager was not there. He also refuse to give me the manager name. I tried getting this resolved but you guys won’t let me get thru a manager.

Spent $60 just to Get home to no avocado on my wife’s salad with dry chicken , and my teriyaki steak & chicken combo was so dry and tasted as if it was cooked previously..Not sure if it’s because it was 830 and everyone wanted to go home . I’ve just about had it with trying to give yogis chance after chance . Used to be great quality tasting food!! please be aware of who you all have managing your shifts. This is my third incorrect order in a row, I’m done

I was really disappointed with the crunshito. This item was not on the official website so I decided to try it. It was a real disappointment. The food was cold, I wasn’t expecting it since I thought it was going to be a warm burrito and the picture looked like it was fried so I assumed it was going to be warm. I guess the same argument could be said it was going to be cold like sushi. It didn’t sit well with me either and it was not very delicious. The spicy asian fries however is the only redeeming quality about the experience. It was warm and tasty and just the right amount of spice for me!

This was my first visit to Yogis Grill at Tempe marketplace. My first impression was that they did not seem to concerned about how the dining area looked as it was very dirty. Granted it was late in the evening but that should not be an excuse.
On a positive note, the items we ordered were freshly made and very delicious. Overall they deserve a second visit.
