We’re all about fresh, flavoursome, authentic Japanese food. Sushi is what we’re known for. But we also have a mouth-watering range of hot street food available – from traditional classics to innovative fusion dishes. All packed with rich, aromatic flavours and all-natural ingredients.
Japanese dishes taken from the belt or ordered from the open kitchen at a colourful chain eatery.

Yo! Sushi at Bluewater is a nice place for a casual Japanese food experience. The conveyor belt system makes it fun, especially for kids, and the sushi is fresh and tasty. The atmosphere is pleasant, the staff are friendly and helpful, and it’s a comfortable spot for families. A good choice if you enjoy sushi and want an easy, enjoyable meal.

Good quick service. Food was nice, quality salmon.
Overall most dishes ordered I found too saucy (masks flavour of other ingredients).
But sushi itself was decent, especially for the price and convenience. Got table straight away, quick turnover.

Seating was a bit of shambles. Host wasn’t t approaching waiting customers and informing about potential wait times.
Food- was very mismanaged, dessert came 30 minutes before other food. Kids bento box came and the edamame beans were frozen and sushi had seen better days.
But, to top it all off. The dirty dishes were stacked in boxes on the restaurant floor and every now and then could see the chef coming and picking dishes out. Not impressed.

We came for bottomless plates. The food which was available was good but the selection was awful, with the same few plates going round the conveyer untouched. I asked whether the vegetarian options would be labelled and was told that there are ‘sometimes’ flags – not one dish was labelled for the hour we were there.
Furthermore, the only vegetarian plates that came out were prawn crackers and the seaweed salad, untill five minutes before the end of bottomless booking. The service wasn’t bad but we felt forgotten about with no one offering more drinks/water jug refills/check backs etc. The service (very conveniently) only improved only when we were brought the bill.

We done the sushi making experience with Nancy and it was amazing. We got to try different types of sushi and Nancy was really good at explaining everything and encouraging. She was happy to answer questions and give you tips on where you can get bits to carry on making at home. We were also surprised with edemame and goyozas as a snack which was a nice way to round off the experience. Well worth taking the time to come down, really fun and unique.

Been here a few times for the bottomless belt on a Thursday. The belt can be very sparse with very little variety in what is served. One time there was a good couple of minutes without any food coming past our table.
Booked a 7PM table this evening as an early valentines meal, only to be told there was very little food on the belt and the kitchen couldn’t replenish it. We turned down our table and went elsewhere. Don’t have the bottomless belt if you don’t have the food to be able to offer it. What’s the point of booking ?

Really tasty Sushi for a chain restaurant, we booked for the bottomless belt. Plates are well portioned & lots to choose from, got to try lots of new things. Negatives, we were seated in a booth, which meant those seated on the outside had to keep asking those next to belt to grab plates which was annoying, hardly any desserts came out, we did ask & about 10 were put on the belt which didn’t go far in restaurant of diners. Drinks are ridiculous priced, £3.95 for a 330ml bottle of coke! We will return but definitely ask not to seated in the booths.
