The only thing that was good was the pork buns. I got a lychee boba, it looked like nothing like photo advertised and it tasted like sprite with boba. I asked the if I received the drink on the menu to confirm. I was told it was lychee. I will never spend my money at YIP ever again.

Terrible experience at Yip in Fort Lauderdale. I ordered food and only found out after my order was placed that the crab rangoons were out. No one told me ahead of time while ordering, which is something the staff should obviously communicate. When I asked for a replacement item, they refused to let me choose a different meal and instead acted like it was an inconvenience that I even asked.
The manager was especially rude and dismissive about the situation. Instead of trying to fix the mistake or make the experience right, they doubled down and were unpleasant about it. Really disappointing customer service and not how a restaurant should treat its customers. I definitely won’t be coming back.

Husband and I both had Poke bowls. Amazing. The order was correct and the service was nice. Sat outside watching people. Definitely recommend the poke bowls. And people watching. Y’all are weird.

I Was there tonight and got my order, went home to open it up to see that I ended up with 2 orders of egg rolls when one was ment to be an order of bao buns, the cook went ahead and called me like 4 times to let me know i had forgot them, i live like 20′ away from it so i told him to keep them, he texted me saying that the next time we went he will give us a new one, I literally dont know any other place that whould do that for u. Great guy and the food was amazing

We ordered bao and crab Rangoon. The Rangoon had big chunks of onion in it- more onion than crab! The bao was fine- nothing to write home about.
Fortunately, the restaurant is surrounded by other restaurants and we were able to find better food nearby.

Very loud music which was annoying but not the resturants fault. Food was decent although overpriced. 2 buns go for about 10$ which is about 2x what i would expect to pay typically.
Glad I didnt get the boba since it was a tiny portion for about $9.
The pickup process is a bit frustrating since the same line for pickup is the ordering line and there were lots of people in line to order.
Hard to get a table in the evenings.

Awful fried rice bowl with fried chicken and broccoli. None of it was tasteful. The only positive is, if you like this kind of food, they give you a huge portion. I ended up throwing most of the meal out.

My whole experience here left a lot to be desired. The ordering process was bad because the workers weren’t knowledgeable about the menu. I waited 30 minutes for steamed shrimp dumplings and fried chicken dumplings that ended up being cold because they didn’t alert me that they were ready despite me checking in a few minutes before. They don’t serve dumpling sauce with dumplings which is wild in itself. The shrimp dumplings were inedible after sitting. I hate to be that person but just get the gyoza next door.

Little bit of a wait because there was only one person working on a Saturday afternoon but it was so delicious, the crispy tuna is so fresh and the chicken dumplings were amazing. The staff was very nice as well:) I will be back!
