It started off poorly, when the one hard working employee asked us to use the kiosk because it was just her working.. That’s usually when I leave, but we tried and couldn’t get our drinks to show up, so back to the counter and she took our order after about three other customers.
We got our food ordered and then the same employee went to the back to fill the orders she had just taken.
We watched in amazement as she did everything to fill and deliver the orders as other employees stood around socializing while she worked. They were literally standing right around her as she worked.
We lost 1 hour eating there and then driving across the street to get gas which definitely take 15 minutes, but I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt.
So I’d safely say that meal took 45 minutes. As a frequent McDonald’s customer, I can say this was the absolute slowest service we’ve ever experienced at a franchise.
I’m not sure who owns or manages this establishment, but they need to seriously investigate who they’re paying to watch that young lady work, because tbey are taking advantage of her and the ownership. Did we see it with our own eyes, absolutely. The others were standing there talking while she did it all.
Food was good, but the entirety of the process is not even close to fast food. We could’ve ate at a regular diner and been out sooner.

No service. Stood waiting for a long time and no one came to take my order when they knew we were waiting finally left. Then we tried the drive thru and guess what??!! They couldnt do icecream at the moment!! Ahhh really what a surprise! Way to go McDonald’s!

Food here is often inadequate. The last Double Quarter Pounder I got here was burnt. Not only that, the burger and fries were lukewarm. It has to be one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever gotten good at. Also, if one orders anything from the dairy section the ice cream machine is always claimed to be nonfunctional.

spent $30 at this location today just for my food to be prepared wrong and to have to turn around and go back because of missing items. I understand a rush is stressful but if they had done their jobs right the first time I wouldn’t have had to go back or leave this review. I know it’s mcdonald’s so I should not have expected much to begin with.

Will not let me post without highlighting a star, but need a negative star option!! Horrible service!! Had to wait an HOUR after I placed my order before I got my food!! Then the they left over half of the items out and acted like I was inconveniencing them to ask for the rest of my order!! I am DONE with that place!!

This is by far the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The staff is rude the food is always cold and it takes forever to get your food. Don’t waste your time going here just go to another food place like sonic

I cant stress enough how much I miss Good food at McDonald’s.
Everytime I go by ANY McDonald’s… the food is always stale from sitting in a heater drawer along with hardened buns and tortilla wraps.
I miss the decent prices and quality service… now they hire anyone willing to put their paycheck first and its always the most depressing attitudes from every drive thru employee.
I keep coming back in faith that “Maybe, it’ll be good this time”… but I dont think iv had Good McDonald’s since I ate at the McDonald’s attached to a gas station on Blue Diamond rd in Las Vegas, Nevada back in early 2024.
And its sad that I can remember the exact place.
Please do better McDonald’s… not just the one from my hometown.

This is in no way meant to show poor quality towards the crew working the day I stopped. To start, I don’t do McDonald’s, but my Grandson does. The food was hot, fish sandwich which is all I ever get when I eat here was not much more than a slider. Come on corporate you are screwing the public bad enough with your menu as it is. It would take 3 of these to make 1 of the old ones Pathetic. Kudos to the crew, place was clean, good service, the meager amount of food was hot.
