Came for lunch. The congee and rice noodles were very good. The chow fun was just meh. The service was good but the plastic dishes and bowls and paper cups for tea really cheapen the experience. I’ll come back to try the dim sum next time. We come to the shopping center a lot to eat at the other places and was surprised to have just noticed this place. It’s on the backside of the mall. They have been open for 2 years but their sign is now up and more visible.

This is my favorite restaurant of all time. The best service and best food of all time.
I had never come here until I met my wife who is Chinese and she took me here. The Li Wan Style congee is excellent and Hong Kong milk tea is sooooo good. Must also try the dough stick rice noodle roll!!!

We came here a couple of times. The steam rice noodles are good very soft. The porridge is also good. The stir fried noodle is flavorful. Overall very satisfying

The restaurant was clean, organized and staff were professional. Menu had a good selection of standard dim sum items with rice rolls and congee as their highlighted items. We ordered three different rice rolls: Chinese doughnut, oyster and egg, and minced beef with vegetable. Most were delicious, although the oyster flavour was quite strong, but it was more interesting to see the different rice texture from each variation. In addition for side dishes, the fried tofu was a good crispy snack and I would pass on the black bean spare ribs (overcooked). Overall, it was a good experience with decent pricing. Note: after 12:30pm the restaurant was full.

They have a large selection of rice noodles, more than other restaurants. The rice noodles are very smooth and light. They also have a good variety of congee which was also very good. Service is excellent and there is plenty of parking. I do not recommend their dry beef chow fun. It was really bland. Their shrimp dumplings are not that good either. The chicken feet were good. I suggest sticking to the congee and rice noodles.

10% discount all first week.
Restaurant opened October 8th, 2023.
Great new Southern Chinese style restaurant. Food I ordered was prepared fast and it was delicious. Great for late breakfast and lunch. Staff was friendly and restaurant was very clean.
This is an authentic street level restaurant experience of any major southern Chinese city.

Went on opening day and got 20% off! We got the pork and preserve egg congee, fried dough stick, marinated beef rice roll, shrimp rice roll, and dough stick rice roll.
Our favorites were the marinated beef and the shrimp rice rolls. Second favorite was the fried dough stick and dough stick rice roll. Congee was good but had to add white pepper to make the flavors pop. Service was a little slow, as all the dishes came out one by one. But overall, would come back here!

I’ve had much better Chinese food and portions. It was just average.

4 stars for the food but 1 more star to counter the petty people giving 1 star. The various cheung fen dishes are between $8 and $9. Appetizers are under $10. So we are talking about under $20 before tax. That’s cheap for the Bay Area and yet some people complained about the price. Do they expect food to be as cheap as in China? The cheung fens are better than those in most dim sum places in the Bay Area.
