Best breakfast spot in Greenwood!! We go here almost every weekend and i still havent ordered anything that wasnt super delicious. The coffee is great. The cinnamon roll french toast is unbelievable. Really good fruit options even in the winter. Love the pictures of Greece and the religious images around Christmas time. The waitresses are always very friendly and the parking lot is big and accessible. Great location! This is a wonderful restaurant!

Great food, helpful servers, Quite inexpensive too!! Very clean and well maintained on the inside.
Kinda looks a little shabby from the outside but the dining area is very good on the inside.

We stopped here on our way to visit a pumpkin patch and are so glad that we did.
The service was amazing, every waiter/waitress that we came into contact with was super friendly and helpful and the general manager even stopped and spoke with us and made us feel like we were family.
The coffee was top notch, and the food was incredible. Seriously some of the best sausage links I have had in ages, and they were as thick as my thumbs!
Also, if you are looking for a nostalgic drink, they have Choc-Ola on the menu 🙂
If you are in town, we highly recommend it!

My first visit here was like a week ago. I wanted a traditional breakfast so I ordered 2 pancakes with eggs and grits. I’m not sure what was going on with the pancakes from the moment I touched the top one to lift it to put butter on the second pancake it fell completely apart every attempt I made. I finally got butter on both pancakes and poured syrup over to see if they tasted okay or not. The pancakes did taste good what does syrup on but the whole falling apart turn me off from pancakes, maybe it is the recipe? I had a very friendly & young waitress so I stopped her and told her about the pancakes, she said
ppl come to eat other stuff mainly & if I wanted something else and I said yes please some french toast. (Already ate my egg and grits) The French toast was good if I was to never know about sweet brioche bread. A lot of restaurants are using brioche bread for their French toast because it is sweeter, & taste better but this French toast was made from Texas toast as I guessed & confirmed with the waitress. I checked out my bill up front at the counter and I think it was the manager and she was very nice however when I mentioned my pancakes falling apart she was just kind of baffled… I took pictures, this is not me cutting the pancakes up…the pancakes taste good (I took a couple bites) despite falling apart, but I’ve never had pancakes fall apart like that at any restaurant Ive visited in my life. I would suggest either a better recipe for the pancakes or changing the name…

First time eating at Yiayias House of Pancakes. Not too bad. Quite a good amount of food. I tried the 5 star skillet, there was a lot of food in it but needed gravy as it was a little dry…. So I added my moms lol

Little loud and a bit crowded.. my French toast was good but more like French bread..need to be toasted more.. also the pancakes were made from an odd mix and the taste was off also hard to cut butter and eat without faking apart. Waitress was. Awesome..

My pancakes had zero structural integrity and had an unpleasant aftertaste, like they had too much baking soda. The waitress told me several people had been complaining about the pancakes and a quick glance at the reviews on here bear that out. When I talked to the manager she said it comes premixed in a bag, which suggests to me they get their pancake mix from a supplier (probably Sysco). Not a great look for a place with “House of Pancakes” in the name. The breakfast skillet I had with the pancakes was decent, as that was likely the dish the kitchen had more control over.

We went there for first time with the whole family for the fall break. The food was delicious, especially the stuffed French toast, and the eggs skillet and Benedict. all my kids loving their brunch tough there’s couple of mishaps with the order since there are couple new people in the kitchen, but our waitress and Danielle, the manager handled it professionally and want us to come back next time with the good experience 🙂 Thank you..we are surely will come back
