Went through the drive thru and ordered 2 Crunchwrap supremes with extra beef. Not sure what the regular crunchwraps looks like if this was “extra.” Save your money, unless you enjoy eating tortilla shells.

Easily the worst Taco Bell in Wayne County. They consistently make your food with the lowest amount of what’s supposed to be in it. If I wanted to eat a bunch of tortillas, I’d just buy a pack from the store. This is ridiculous! Pictured is what’s supposed to be a 5 layer beefy burrito. On what planet is this a burrito?!?! Skimpiest bean and Rice burrito I’ve ever had from Taco Bell. Besides that… Watching the employees sit their behinds on the board their making good on is wild! No telling where the back of your pants been and you’re resting your dirty pants behind on the food station! With 5 people standing there talking! That’s why I say gloves don’t halfway matter with so many other things happening that shouldn’t be! Terrible. Only good thing was the 2 ladies that acknowledged me and my concern.

They no longer have counter service. Kiosk ordering only. Tables not wiped off. Tea is behind the counter so it was difficult to ask for it with no one manning the register. There was one guy telling people to use the kiosk – he could have been working the register.

My father asked for “way more than 3 sauces” of each sauce we ordered. And the petty drive through worker proceeds to put 4 of each in the bag. I have worked at taco bell myself. It takes time and effort to only put 4 sauces in there. That does not happen at random. Something needs to be done.

Waited at counter 10 minutes to be ignored by two workers and then finally a cashier with desire to take my order finally walked up. I ordered a cravings pack and asked for simply beef and cheese only on the burritos as the receipt reflects. I got to my destination to see I had extra beans and extra sour cream. Realizing I wasted money on the burritos, I tried to call and get a manager to fix the issue. The phone rang for 8 minutes one time and 12 the next. Still no one has answered the phone. This was not a rushed short staffed crew. There were at least 8 workers behind the counter, noones but me in line and possibly 3 vehicles in the drive through. I’ll try to reach a manager tomorrow I guess.
