Always rode past this business, didn’t know how popular it was. Pretty busy Friday morning. Upbeat atmosphere, friendly staff. Evelyn was an awesome Server. Loved the various menu items. Food was great. Service was excellent. Highly recommend.

I’m very disappointed, I had been craving French toast for the past two weeks. I have always order the same. Today i decided to do takeout instead of dinning in. I order my skillet and my very-berry French toast, and when I arrived home i opened my French toast and what I got was industrial precut cinnamon rolls that you buy at the grocery store instead of the loaf of bread that I usually get. Felt like chewing on dish sponge . I’m very disappointed and if they changed it I was not advised or explained when I place my order. Just seems they ran out of bread and used the leftover cinnamon rolls. Not sure if I’m ordering again.

Its a good family run restaurant. I really enjoyed my omelet and I loved that they had the option to get warm tortillas on the side. The service was good and the prices were fair

The food was good and the staff was very accommodating. I just didn’t have anything that wowed me. But this is definitely a great place for a quick, satisfying meal!

I used to come to this restaurant often many years ago, so we recently decided to visit again as a party of three.
Pros: The service has always been friendly, and the menu has expanded since I last visited, which was a nice surprise. The food was very good.
Cons: Our itemized bill was stamped “Cash tips preferred,” which was fine since we usually tip in cash anyway. However, I noticed an 18–20% tip had already been added to the bill for our party of three. When I went to pay and said I would be leaving the tip in cash, the staff member seemed annoyed and said I had to wait while she found someone to remove the tip.
It was frustrating to be asked for cash tips while a tip was already automatically added, especially without it being mentioned beforehand. Just a heads-up to review your bill carefully.

My 20 year-old-son and some friends flew in to O’Hare from overseas late last night and went to Yia Yia’s for breakfast before getting back on the road to Louisville. Some in the group had never experienced the glory that is a Greek diner and the bar has now been set high! They RAVED about the food and how lovely everyone was. They even got some great travel advice about visiting Greece! “Go to the smaller islands. Same food, same ocean, fewer tourists.” I am so glad they were welcomed so warmly and fed until they were ready to burst! Ευχαριστώ to Yia Yia and everyone there! ❤️ ❤️

I love this breakfast place they give out mini donuts as appetizers for free. I ordered the butcher skillet and it was so delicious. Very flavorful and well cooked. It also came out in a good amount of time. The waiter was also on top of our food making sure everything was great which it was. It’s a great place to start ur day!

My husband and I have been loyal to the same Sunday breakfast spot for years, but we finally decided to branch out a few weeks ago. It is safe to say our old spot has been officially dethroned! The absolute star of the show is the Nasty Biscuit—do yourself a favor and just order it. You will not be disappointed! We also tried the smoothies and they were incredibly fresh and delicious. This is our new go-to.

I usually love coming here for the omelets, but this time I decided to try something different and ordered the Chicken Malibu sandwich — big mistake.
According to the menu, it was supposed to come with avocado, but instead, it had a heap of guacamole on top, which looked unappetizing. The cheese and tomatoes were melted together in a way that made it seem like the sandwich had just been reheated or reused from a previous order.
I tried to salvage it by removing the toppings, but even then, the chicken was disappointing — not grilled as expected, but more like it had been boiled.
Really unfortunate experience, especially since I usually enjoy this place. I’ll definitely be sticking to the omelets from now on.

I hadn’t been here in many years. The seating layout has been changed since my previous visit. Staffing very impersonal – almost cold. The food was not as good as I remembered. The prices have become ridiculously expensive – $75.00 for breakfast for two is pretty steep for Pancakes and French toast. The snickerdoodle hot chocolate lacked real chocolate and cream. No hint of snicker taste. Hot chocolate, that was barely warm, should not have cost $7.00. I will think twice before going back.
