My host and waiter were pleasant and conversant. The Thai food could have been spicier, but it lived up to my expectations. The tea, Japanese ginger salad dressing, and ice cream tempura were all enjoyable. This isn’t so much a fusion restaurant as it is an Asian themed diner with good decor that has you asking if they have dim sum. For a first visit, no problems.

Delicious, fresh sushi. We’ve been regular customers for years, and the service and food are consistently excellent. Highlights include the Yi En House Roll and the Tom Yum soup, which is the best we’ve had anywhere. Online ordering for take-out is fast and easy.

Had a great father’s Day experience. Thai crispy fish was delish. On the hibachi side go with the filet – it is top notch.

Ordered hibachi in the early afternoon. Restaurant was fairly empty. Initial wait time was a bit long, but understandable (I assume they didn’t expect hibachi at this time). Performance was very nice, the chef was very enthusiastic. Food was tasty, though a little expensive (all hibachi meals are $20+). The steak meal I ordered was cooked perfectly, and the portions were rather generous. All in all, good experience.

While the food was great, the service was terrible. From the beginning the waitress seemed annoyed and frustrated that she had to serve us and gave us attitude for simple questions. Ordering hot tea, she argued with us when we told her the tea was lukewarm. She was also more concerned about the tip left at the next table over and proceeded to count the money twice before fulfilling our second request for a spoon. She was sitting at the adjacent table on her phone the entire time paying no attention and only came over when we interrupted her screen time. She did not offer to refill our drinks nor did she clear any of the appetizer dishes. At the end of our meal, we had to call her three times before she finally looked up from her phone and came over huffing and puffing because we wanted to order dessert. She then proceeded to roll her eyes when we asked for boxes for leftovers. In addition, before we were done eating, they came and did a deep clean of the grill with solution and water (not the quick clean after cooking but a chemical cleaning) and turned off surrounding lights. There was still about an hour before the scheduled closing. While we finished our dessert she came over to clear the table finally but was very abrupt and gathered the dishes aggressively. There was no acknowledgement and she did not look up from her phone as we walked out. As I said the food and cook were wonderful, however, we are extremely familiar with general hibachi style restaurants. For this restaurant, the prices are standard for the local area, however, portion sizes are significantly smaller. Side note: we also had to use our own flashlight to see in the ladies bathroom stall as the lighting was terrible. We will not be returning.

Not really understanding the poor reviews on here. This is my local sushi spot and it is the best! My orders are always ready on time and service is always prompt and friendly when we dine in. I’ve also been here with family for hibachi and it’s without a doubt the best! Best sushi, hibachi, and everything in between! Some of y’all need to check yourself at the door. Lovely place and good food!

Went here for the first time after being curious about the small looking place. It looks very non discrete from outside sitting next to a nursery. Parking does not seem like it could fit more than 7 customers however there is more parking in the rear. Careful coming during peak hours, spots fill up quick. There are only about 20.
The place is pretty big inside and has a sushi bar, a small restaurant seating area, and a separate hibachi area. We came for hibachi during the weekday dinner time and it was nearly empty in hibachi, though the rest of the place was at capacity. Service here is very fast and attentive. The hibachi was nothing special here and average at best though the chef did tend to be a little bit more fun than most. For hibachi I am used to getting rice and pasta however here it is one or the other.
Overall price is a little higher for what you get however given the area it makes sense. Will come back likely and try that restaurant. I give it a 3.5/5

I love this place. It looks small and nondescript in the outside. Its very pretty inside with full hibachi and sushi bar. Something for everyone here. Sitting on the sushi side you can still order hibachi also. I’ve been here tons of times and simply ordered sushi because the house rolls are great here, but the hibachi portions are huge and look great.
I say about thirty dollars a person but I can eat fifty worth of sushi if I put my mind to it. Most times I’m less than thirty. Hibachi is less expensive also. Please give this place a try you will not regret it.
Service I rated slightly down. This is only because I’ve sat at a table waiting for a check and gone semi forgotten. Most of the time its no problem but maybe once out of five visits I feel like I’ve fallen through the cracks. Love this place and all the help here though!

Food was good not amazing. Prices are stupid expensive for hibachi, just order from the regular menu. Hibachi performance was O.K. I mean, its the same old performance at literally every single hibachi place, nothing special. Our party of like 20 people was assigned a server who was new! Did a terrible job taking care of us until a more experienced waitress took over then it was fine.
3/5
