This is my go-to in Disney Springs for my vegetarian choice. I’ve been there several times. Good pricing for what you get. Fresh food. It’s always very tasty. I get the tofu, which is very good. The people that work there are always kind and have quick service. Yummy!

We got 2 tofu bowls, and with all the options, they were really 2 different meals. The base can be rice or lettuce. Greens can be part of the toppings. They have a book that lists ingredients and items are vegan and/or gluten-free. Some sauces for example were not vegan.
Most toppings are free, but some specialty toppings had an upcharge. It was still overall reasonably priced for Disney even with an additional topping charge.
They didn’t have free water but told me which vendor I could get a free cup of water.

Last night at Disney Springs, my dad wasn’t feeling well. We stopped at the window to ask for water and the sweet girl behind the counter rushed to not only get him water but to ask repeatedly if he was OK. She even came out to check on him a little while later to see if there was anything else that she could do. She was very comforting and kind and that means so much in today’s times. She knew that he was feeling low on his blood sugar and went next-door and even got him ice cream on her own. Just a very nice gesture from a stranger. Thank you!

The thing I don’t like was seeing them microwave my food in front of me. Reminder I paid $20 for my food to be microwave. But also you can also tell it’s microwaved. I got chicken and takoyaki. The chicken was soggy and wasn’t not really worth the price. The takoyaki was ok but there were parts that were hard like if I it sat out for a while and just was put in the microwave for a while.

I had a great experience! I had the raw tuna with white rice and a variety of toppings. The food was fresh, delicious, and filling. Price was reasonable/good, and under $10 typically. Located right by the AMC theater, it’s easy and efficient to swing by! I’ll be back 100%

It’s located at Disney spring serving Japanese street food. Seriously they just frozen food they just heat it up. The fried chicken is really hard to bite. The poke is ok but the protein serving is on the small side. And the desert cake is so so. Unless you are really hungry and can’t find anything else you can give this a pass.

Customer Service was a 5/5.
Food-wise: Ordered the takoyaki & taiyaki. The takoyaki I would say tasted basic so I’d give it a 3/5. The taiyaki, on the other hand, was a bit hard to bite into. I also ordered a sake-based drink called Osaka Sunrise. It was sweet so if you like cocktails like that, this one may be it for you.

Looking for a quick and filling meal in Disney Springs that won’t dent your wallet? Look no more. The YeSake kiosk across from the theater is the place to go. I got the build your own bowl with chicken. The bowls come with a white rice or greens base and choice of protein. Large sharable portion.Toppings and sauces are abundant. The toppings are fresh and flavorful. I opted for the Wasabi ponzu sauce. Added some nice umami to the bowl. If need some fuel to fight the crowds in Disney Springs stop by YeSake.

Came to Cirque show and wanted to grab a quick bite on the way. I recognized this is same company that has store in Epcot – Japan. We decided to give it a try and we were very impressed with food quality. Had the Tuna Poke bowl, Tuna was sushi grade super fresh. One of my favorite drinks is cold unfiltered sake which was perfect for this hot day ! Seating was a little busy but were able to grab a table. Thank you !
