If I could rate it a 0 I would I got charged for 9 yum yum sauces and only got two I called and asked them to refund me the 7 extra dollars they charged me for and never even got it. They said only thing they could do is have me bring it all the way 30 mins back to them the wrong sauce and have them give me new ones. I told her I lived 30 mins away that I wouldn’t be able to drive all that way and she told me that was all she could do for me. This place is just very poorly ran and does not have good management at all. I would definitely not recommend spending money here.

I would have put 5 stars but for the last 3 years of eating here every single time the drinks taste really bad. From the sweet tea to the sodas. All have a dirty taste and a weird sweet taste. Other than that the food and service is 10/10. Fix y’all’s drink situation

My family and I went here for a little family night gathering. Everything was great until it came to our checks. We told the waitress they were separate and she still added on the other half of our families on our ticket. We didn’t get any refills. And they were closing as we were trying to eat. We asked her for another separate check and she still got it messed up so we ended up paying anyways. When I got out the door I was holding a baby carrier and I realized I left my to go box. I then sent my husband inside and they already threw it away. Within not even 2 seconds of us walking out. I didn’t get to eat anything on my plate due to having a fussy baby so I was looking forward to it, but sadly I paid 22 bucks for a meal I didn’t get to eat.

Yet to hit the hibachi section but, No complaints really. Nothing special to say. Staff was nice to me. Price is about normal. Spent anywhere from 20 to 90 bucks so far. You want some sushi in Hernando then check them out. They do have drinks too. From past experiences, hibachi is about the experience and show above just outstanding taste but I will update when go for that. Will I see the same torching onion trick lol??

Took 1 hour and 15 minutes total for the food to come out at a dinner table. Our server was also the bar tender on a busy Friday night. Don’t get the Mississippi hippie unless you like a sweet sweet martini. And for hibachi the portions are way too small for $25 per plate. Didn’t even have any to take home. And the salad was previously frozen and full of water. The soup was good and the serve was doing her best. Management needs to step it up.

The ramen that (3) of use ordered, was supposed to have roast pork and or ground, no ground pork and (3) to (4) 1/4″ size pieces of “pork”. The steak on the hibachi dinner was not trimmed and 45% fat. Not very appealing. I will choose to eat eleswhere from now on.

Disgusting!!!! Please do not eat here save your money!! The owner is horribly rude and the food is awful!! We got take out here and ended up with raw chicken, shrimp that obviously ruined and soggy veggies, we brought all of this to the attention of the manager Zoe as well as sent photos and was told the owner said this food was to their standards $75 later we still had to get something else to eat, there was no way we want a spell of food poisoning!!

i had a horrible experience tonight and i will not be back until they switch management again (which probably won’t be long). i was charged for additional items that i did not receive and when i called and spoke to the manager she told me that i would have to drive 40+ minutes back to get a refund. i would suggest untying to-go orders and checking meticulously if you do consider ordering from this “restaurant”. will be reporting to the bbb

Was served a raw egg roll, hot on the outside still frozen on inside, grease fell onto my plate from the big smoke exhaust, asked for medium well steak was given rare still alive basically mooing steak. Very disappointed.
