Went in on a Monday night and sat at the bar, was the perfect amount of people in there for a nice vibe. Being new to the vegetarian game I still struggle with what to eat when out. Bartender suggested the queso dip and nachos as well as the tofu taco. Ended up getting the nachos which have the queso on them (forgot to take a pic) and the tofu taco and both were great, margs are also very fresh. The food and drinks and decor/plants = 5 stars, 6 if I could!

Toasted coconut jalapeño margarita with spicy rim. Had 2 different bartenders make them on different days I visited. The full rim was amazing kudos to Stevie for making an amazing margarita! The half rim made by another bartender not so much. Plus the 2nd margarita I had they forgot the jalapeño tequila but still very good.

Cute little taco spot. A bunch of specialty tacos. I tried the veggie taco. Which wasn’t bad but it tasted like it was frozen. Then I had the chicken tinga. Nothing notable. The better tacos has to be the Big Mac taco which was very surprising.

Yellow Door Taqueria never misses. The fish tacos and guac are always fresh and flavorful, and the servers are attentive, friendly, and actually know the menu. The music sets the perfect vibe, the space is clean and welcoming, and the whole experience is just fun from start to finish. I always have a great time whenever I go.

If you’re looking for a lively evening out with friends or colleagues, complete with Mexican-inspired food and drinks, this spot fits the bill. While it’s not an authentic Mexican restaurant, it offers a modern take on the cuisine. We tried the nachos, mushroom tacos, and duck tacos. Unfortunately, the duck was a bit dry and chewy, but our host kindly replaced it with a shrimp taco, which was much better. The $1 oyster Sunday deal was a standout and absolutely worth it.
Overall, we enjoyed both the food and the ambience.

This is a regular go to for me when I find myself in the area or craving tacos and a margarita! These margaritas are superior! Not all are created equal. Same goes for the tacos! Vibe and atmosphere are great. Looking forward to the warmer weather, as they have an excellent patio! This place is a must try, if you haven’t already!

Yellow Door Tequila was a wonderful experience! While we didn’t even eat, we had all the drinks and plenty of tequila! The service at the bar was immaculate and a wonderful engaging time. Highly recommend a stop here if you’re around the Ink Block area.
