The food here was phenomenal! I had been looking for good BBQ since moving here from the south two years ago and I definitely found my spot! The smoked wings were delicious, and the brisket was the best I’ve ever had. Amanda and Eric were incredibly friendly, and they made me feel right at home. Thanks!

Don’t judge a book by its cover! This place rocks and the food is crazy good….like foodie good! Looks an average bar on the outside ..step inside and you’re treated to a nice pole style barn type place. High ceilings, very open. Got bunch of TV’s for sports…pool table etc. Did I meant on the food? Hell yeah…my burger was top tier …had the Pig Out Burger…bacon, ham,pulled pork, hamburger with a slight amount of BBQ sauce. Just enough to taste all the meat and enhance the flavors. My companions had the Mac n cheese (brilliant) and the chicken sandwich top tier! Any place that gives you a paper towel roll is just letting you know you got some serious eating in front of you! If you’re in the Enumclaw area..stop by, you won’t be sorry.

I used to stop in regularly and have a beer or two with my old neighbor Steve. We happened to be routed by due to the detour and swung in. Their new menu is amazing and the beer is always cold. Its been 10 years since I had a beer here with Steve and I wish we still lived just around the corner from the ‘Beak. Cheers!

I’ve eaten pretty much everywhere in Enumclaw—and Yella Beak is hands down my favorite. For years I kept saying, “Enumclaw needs BBQ.” Well… they heard us, and they nailed it.
The Brisket Sammich? To die for. The brisket falls apart, juicy, tender, and packed with flavor. Pulled pork? Flavor town. Smoked wings? Obsessed. And don’t sleep on the half chicken it’s smoky, juicy, and seriously good.
But it’s not just the food the service is awesome too. The bartenders and servers actually come out from behind the bar to check on your table and keep your drinks full. Love that.
The whole place has a great vibe there’s a covered backyard area, and something fun going on almost every night (poker, bingo, karaoke, you name it).
And the owners? Super welcoming, down-to-earth people who clearly care about what they’re doing. Enumclaw finally got the BBQ spot it deserves.

How this places isn’t 5⭐️ is crazy to me. My friend and I stopped for lunch today and a drink while out on our motorcycles. Hands down the best sandwiches we’ve ever had. I had the brisket club and he had a smoked chicken sandwich of some kind. Soooo delicious!!! Service was great, food was phenomenal!

Very good and inexpensive food, great beer and drinks. Onion rings are the best ones I’ve had in a long time and the brisket sammish was so delicious with a very tender brisket, fantastic service and I almost got a free phone but I told the bar tender so she could return it to the person that’s missing it. Overall a fantastic, fabulous place to hang out.

Great times to be had here besides the food. The beak has always been good, but it is waaaay better now! Drinks are great, food is top notch. Fried garlic mushrooms are to die for. Shoestring fries are awesome and so are the tots! 10/10 would recommend.

Maybe I should’ve prefaced my review with a little history, I started to frequent this location back when it was a smoke filled bar called True Grit y’all might remember after leaving for the night to head home you would have shower & burn your clothes. Kinda miss TG. I haven’t been in the Beak for several months & I was stunned when ordering a coors light & the bartender said that’ll be $5.50 I know costs have risen but that’s plain old price gouging. Maybe gouging is too strong of a description but I ws stunned nevertheless. Didn’t order food but it all looked good coming out of the kitchen. So, with the cost of a single beer being what it is, I’ll possibly stop in again sometime next year. Say in 6-8 months. This business isn’t anything like it used to be when Tracy, Trev & Jamie operated the business. It’s sad indeed. Totally a different vibe there. Nothing ever stays the same. Y’all Stay Safe Out There
