It was totally worth the 50min drive to pilot point for this BBQ. The brisket was well marbled and melted in your mouth. No need for any sauce. Then came the ribs. Yummy…fall off the bone soft and tender rib meat. Kids loved the brisket Mac and cheese and loaded nachos. And in this Texas heat, the water ice were is a must. If you think they are going to taste like shaved ice, you are mistaken. More of a sorbet texture. We will definitely plan on going back soon.

Yearby’s BBQ tested different and really good. We came again today to try the chicken but they were out. Owner gave me some smothered Chicken Rice!! God! It was good. Never tried anything like that. It’s a great lunch or dinner option. Had a good talk with both the owners. We will be back next week.

I stopped by about a month ago, and had the sliced brisket. Wow, best I have ever had. I ordered the brisket mac and chees, but they ran out of mac and cheese before my order was filled. The owner set me up with basically whatever I wanted. I had the chopped brisket and the coleslaw, which was also amazing.

Yearby’s BBQ is the truth! They are using high quality meats and not cutting any corners in the way they smoke and prep their food and it shows in the final product. We tried the melt-in-your-mouth brisket, the fall-off-the-bone Dino ribs, the perfectly smoked chicken and amazingly elevated meatloaf and spaghetti. The sides were the perfect compliments to the bbq and the waterice was the right amount of light, velvety sweetness to bookend the perfect meal.
