Trash place. I bought a small chef salad. they overloaded the small container with shredded lettuce to the point all my salad fell out my bag. On top of that they had me wait on fried chicken tenders that were cold for 15 additional minutes after placing a call in order 20 minutes ahead of time. The customer service sucks they hiring anyone. Save your money and time. I’ve been a customer since 2017 and would eat the chef salad every day. This is disgusting.

My mother and I visited this place in the hopes of her getting an ice cream sundae. We received so much more than that – amazing customer service! My mother likes waffle bowls, and noticed that they had chocolate flavored ones, but not the standard flavor. The employee was willing to make new waffle bowls from scratch, and made my mother’s on the crunchy side as she requested. The photos are of their Super Sundae. 10/10, amazing flavor. Will be visiting again!

Come for the ice cream, stay for the food! We’re in town for a gymnastics meet and stopped by for a team social. The line was out the door because of us. Despite that, the staff handled the rush in stride. This place is a typical hole in the wall. The staff was on point and courteous. The ice cream was sooo good. I also had a quesadilla with grilled chicken. The chicken was tender, and perfectly grilled! Thank you for a wonderful visit!

Amazing Ice cream place! I had their strawberry ice cream and it was delicious! This is the best ice cream I ever tasted.

The inside is really clean and the staff is kind.

It’s themed like an old time ice cream shop

They also have some claw machines! On The stuffed animal one (My $1 didn’t do good xd)

Stopped in for a late night snack. Things got off to a rocky start. There were about 4 people bustling around making orders and another group joking around the kitchen in the back as I stood by the register. After a couple of minutes, a girl comes to the register to ring up another customer. I step aside as she asks me if I’ve been helped yet. I reply, “no”. She finishes and just walks off. I embarrassingly stand there for another few minutes as families began piling up behind me. Finally, another employee came and took my order. I ordered the banana split, figuring it to be their signature dish, but also having no clue what I was signing up for.

It was about the size of my forearm, three pounds of ice cream with another pound of toppings. For $12 it was a great value that I scarfed down until I happily gave myself a tummy ache. The giddy nostalgia of being a mischievous child left unsupervised with a tub of ice cream was worth the price of admission. Would do it again. 3.75/5

Was looking for a late night spots with not many options in Charleston and drove by this location and immediately swerved in! The young lady who attended my was polite and her customer service was incredible. I had the CUBAN LOST IN CHARLESTON and it was fantastic! I highly recommend it. The pork was delicious and the spicy mustard added a nice touch to the sandwich.

(The picture doesn’t do it justice bc I had to get it to go since we got there literally 5min before the kitchen closed, but I can’t be upset bc at least they allowed us to order)

Took a star because they don’t offer a brownie split like many places in lieu of a banana. They have brownies but apparently this isn’t possible to them lol

The split itself was great and loved the ice cream flavors. Great portions and toppings included for the price. Would recommend to anyone. They have other food but we only stopped for dessert.

Paid $22 for 2 Large turtle Sundae’s with MOOSE TRACKS ice cream, waited over 15 minutes in drive-thru and left $2 tip thinking it would be a good experience. After finally getting the sundae’s home, they were both plain vanilla ice cream, no hot fudge and no caramel anywhere but a little trickle on top of the mountain of whipped cream. Worst experience I’ve had there. They weren’t even busy, maybe 2 or 3 customers inside, and 4 employees, but only 1 person working drive thru window. The wait time needs to be improved and training on what MOOSE TRACKS icecream looks like and how to make a sundae for the price being charged. Will go to another location from now on.

Just left a few seconds ago , I’m very pregnant and excited to try this place out. I had every single worker walk past me and not say a single word , we waited for over 10 minutes and NOTHING , not even a smile or a hello.
