Service was amazing and everyone was soooo pleasant even the customers. The food… best stuff mushrooms top had a tasty crisp top ALL crabmeat no fillers mushrooms were perfect. The owner was very hands on and the bartender Jennifer was funny and attentive.

What an amazing, rustic, delightful place! I’m in love. From the moment you walk in you can feel the warmth of the “old fashioned” family restaurant that you used to go to as a kid. Big padded booths, wooden tables, a beautiful bar, and the most amazing marbled carpet that made me feel like it was 1975. Then onto the menu. Delicious cocktails and beverages and the food! From light fare, savory Appetizers, and Entrees to bust your belly. The portions are huge yet the cost is more than reasonable. Everything was delicious, including the service. The restaurant is ground level, there is room for wheelchair accommodations, and plenty of free on site parking. I can’t wait til my next visit! If you are looking for a fun, family friendly place to enjoy good food and good times look no further. Enjoy!

We had a really nice dining experience! It’s a Friday night, so it was a little lively. But the service was absolutely excellent, and the food and drink was great! The guys had campfire burgers with fries, and I had a Mushroom Swiss burger. I will say that the cider and the beer on path was really great, and one of us ordered a blueberry Martini that smelled and tasted absolutely heavenly. There’s the overwhelming smell of blueberries and it was nice. Would definitely visit again.

Prime rib was cooked to perfection. Could of used a little seasoning for my taste. Was a great cut of meat. Very tender. Service was great. Everyone working was very pleasant and not miserable.

It’s our annual Halloween tradition to eat at the pub. Years ago, we would go for the Prime Rib special and the flounder kids’ meal. Neither of those were available today. Out of 5 of us, everyone got something different from the menu. None of the food was great, but it wasn’t bad either. If you have food restrictions, this is probably not going to be a place to eat unless you order a salad and deconstruct it a bit. There isn’t a simplistic a la cart menu to piece together food items. The prices for the quality and quantity of the food are unbalanced if you compare the Pub to a Diner. If you want nostalgia, you will definitely get it here since nothing has been updated in years, which is fine. It’s hard to rate the wait staff since there were so many people, and it was super busy. The wait on the food was not long considering, and everything came out hot. The patrons were all huddled at their tables, chatting pleasantly with one another, and the atmosphere was relatively calm. The bathroom was clean but run down aesthetically compared to prior visits. It wasn’t a bad time,and we will be eating there more than likely next Halloween.

The menu includes a modest number of selections but thus far everything that I’ve ordered has been very good! Good portion sizes, good ingredients, and great flavors! The service there is very good as well.

I do enjoy finding these local places where everyone seems to know everyone. Usually makes for an entertaining evening. This place is just that. Atmosphere was great with a large horseshoe bar and smaller dining room. Service was decent, that about all I can say there. Food wasn’t that good. I have the stuffed shrimp and the crab tasted bland and may have been imitation, not sure on that one. Some of the other menu items did sound good but that’s what I went with.

So this place really went the extra mile tonight. It’s Father’s Day, I had called a couple days ago to make sure they were still doing their prime rib specials on Saturday Sunday and Monday which they are, and we intended on going to dinner Sunday night to celebrate Father’s Day. We got there at about 6:50 p.m. were seated promptly. Waitress came over and said I’m sorry we’re closed they shouldn’t have seated you the last seatings we were taking we’re at 5:30. At first I thought she was joking but clearly she was being honest. She went into the kitchen and came back a few minutes later and said absolutely no problem we still have plenty of everything and there’s no problem serving you. First this is exceptional, It wasn’t their fault because they only decided the day before that they would close at 5:30 because that was their last reservation time that they had accepted. Thus this was not conveyed to me when I called a couple of days before. But they were going to accommodate us and they still had prime rib, rare the way I like it. My wife had the veal parmesan I have course had the prime rib and everything was exceptional.This place out did themselves. Thanks to all at the restaurant for being just the way we’ve always seen you be in the past. Keep up the good work we love you.

First time going here and the food was pretty damn good ..
Cool old school building . Definitely hasn’t been updated since opening in the 70s which gives it a unique vibe ..
the chicken parm was spot on.. the drunken clams were good ..
not much of a martini drinker but figured why not and it was good ..
I highly recommend and I know I’ll be back to check out some other items ..
