Yarmouth rice and noodle consistently has beautiful plating, delicious food and attentive waiters! Seriously, the best chicken pad Thai and orange chicken I’ve ever had. My most recent visit was New Year’s Eve and they were packed. But my food still arrived quickly and the service was incredible as always!

Outstanding meal and service on our first visit! My hot basil haddock was fresh, cooked and seasoned perfectly, and the rice was fluffy. Probably the best Asian food in Yarmouth, tucked away in a little shop on the end of a shopping plaza off US-1. Although the Portland area has terrific food, the Chinese food offerings really don’t make the grade. So even though Rice and Noodles isn’t great, it’s better than most of the competition. The standard dishes like fried rice, lomein, orange chicken, and non-Chinese dishes like pad Thai and pho are all fine. The woman taking orders is very friendly. This place seems to do a big take out business, so sometimes there’s a wait for orders.
Since this is part of a shopping plaza, there’s plenty of parking.

This is some of the best Vietnamese food I’ve had, and I eat it quite frequently. The bún thịt nướng was incredibly fresh and tasty. The pork was very well seasoned and it was a large portion. The egg rolls were crispy with a good amount of crunch, and the pork buns were like mini banh mis. It was reasonably priced, and I took half of it home. I’m pretty excited to go back and run through their menu so I don’t have to go down to Portland for good Vietnamese food. Tao told me they do great Thai as well.
